My husband and I had Bank of America on our list of mortgage lenders to consider. After couple of attempts to schedule a meeting at the NW 14th Ave location, we finally managed to schedule a meeting with David Churchill. We talked to him for almost an hour and walked out knowing as much about our options as we did before the meeting, meaning not much. He talked most of the time and showed no interest in engaging us into the conversation. The meeting felt more like a presentation then a conversation. We went with another bank. I am sure banks train people in this position to persuade clients to consider them and that's why I don't understand when something like this happens. It doesn't take much to win or loose a potential customer.

Ariel Gunderson was fast, professional and relational. She even let me know I could be saving on my current Home Owners policy, which I was able to make happen before submitting our docs. Our refi was painless and the easiest I have ever experienced in my 25 + years of home ownership.
