This branch is by far the worst. One personal banking teller & six teller counters with one attendant. The waiting time is highly ridiculous.
The previous manager & personal banking teller Juan was an outstanding customer representative. Too bad he no longer works there.

Checks take forever to be deposited. They recently changed check deposits so that none of your money is available until it clears. They failed to notify customers of this change then say they can't do anything after you put it in the ATM.
