Bank President has a can do attitude and ownership gives him authority to make decisions. They have portfolio loans if you don't fit into the usual mold. The mindset is to make it work instead of how to kill the deal.

I’m only sharing because I see some negative comments.
We’ve been banking with RBFCU for several years now and I just went in and opened a business account this week. We’ve always been happy with the service and services and the rates they offer. They may not be as warm and cuddly as other banks but after years of dealing with the “big box” banks I’ll take RBFCU any day. They do things a little differently but everyone I’ve ever encountered has been very friendly and absolutely helpful.
