Don't trust these people and be careful what you sign with them. Marc doesn't thoroughly explain the documents you're signing. He only calls and talks to you at his convenience. What a terrible experience with Marc M and it ended up costing us more than expected. BEWARE of these sharks! They definitely don't look out for your best interest... only theirs and their pockets.

Very poor customer service, tellers are serving their known customers bypassing the queue and discussing none banking related issue while others customer waiting , will never visit this bank again.

My loan was going great in the first two weeks and was coming up on closing.....but then I ask if I would receive a copy of the promissory note stampped paid in full from my first lender just to show proof that it was paid for. My original note that I recieved when I first got the loan states who every holds this note has full controll over the loan and my home. So I was really wanting a copy of the note paid in full just for my protection. Just a few days later after asking for a copy I recieved a letter telling me that Quicken Loan would not be able to refinance my old loan. Talking about taking a 180 turn from have no problems to sorry we can not help. All this just for ask for a copy of the note marked paid in full. Now I'm asking for my deposit back and so far they have not sent it back. Maybe I should ask my current lender if I can see the orginal note just to make sure they have it because without it who really owns the loan?
