This company ruined our financial lives back in 1999. I will say nothing else but look at the FSCO website before ever, ever doing business with Murray Sussman, Sandy Sussman, Mortgage Funding, Sussman Capital Inc., Sussman Mortgage Funding.

Anne was a great help to us when we were looking to renew our mortgage. She was able to make the process very easy for us and got us a great rate. She was always available to answer our questions and took all the worry out of what can be at stressful transaction. Thanks for all your help, Anne.

Staff aren't as friendly as other RBC branches.

I had a horrific experience with another broker and was down to 2 days before my commitments deadline on a house I put an offer on. The other broker was rude and didn't do anything, lied to me about a pre approval then turned around and said I was denied. I ran to Della Dwyer and within 2 days she secured financing for me. She always returned my calls, emails, and so forth. She was always pleasant - even at 9 at night on her anniversary. She worked so hard for me on such a short time frame after I had been dragged through the gutters by a horrible broker. Della is my angel and I will forever bring her my business. She worked wonders and did it all with a smile. Regardless of your mortgage amount, she treats you like you are her most important client. It was a pleasure dealing with her and her team and I am now in my dream home thanks to her...:)

Worst banking experience I have ever encountered. Particularly the Dunnville, RBC Branch with Joe and Manager Nada. Not helpful what so ever with regards to small business financing and took more than 2 months to chase answers out of them. Never would they call to inform us of process we always seemed to be chasing them. Would highly suggest dealing a different bank for anything business related as I have done.

I have been dealing with Mortgage Wellness on and off for about four and a half years now on several different issues, and they have never steered me wrong. The staff is all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are not like some other mortgage brokers who are just in it for the money, they truly want to help people find the best solutions for their individual needs. My situation was quite complicated, but they made sure I understood everything before they proceeded. I dealt with Kevin Stones, such a nice guy. It was more like dealing with a friend.
