They know you like when you watched Cheers years ago and when Norm walked in everyone yelled "NORM!" It's just like that. They are like family and they take time to know you. They are the most helpful of any bank I have ever been to. I saw a bad review and although I don't know the circumstances I have never seen an issue except for one that was the customer's lack of comprehension. We have been with them a year at least.
