Very impressed with SCM. The two young men I got were very professional and hustled. They took great care of my belongings. In a former life, I was a military officer and I was impressed with their manners and demeanor. Fine young men that I believe are schooled from the top of the organization. Everything about this move from the setup to the follow up has been truly professional. I highly recommend this outfit and the pricing was as competitive as it gets since I looked at 6 outfits.

We don’t use anyone else. They’ve moved our homes and buisinesses several times. Our stuff is always well taken care of, the move is always faster than I think it will be and the team is super friendly and fun. Anytime we have to move, we know we don’t have to stress about the movers. Highly recommended their crew.

Hello all..please don’t trust this company.Everybody cheaters in this company .we choosed this company for moving, they lost my bed and mattress worth of $2000 .they delivered all items in broken condition..we call them for our lost things..nobody taking our lost item responsibility.company telling to ask claims department.when we call to claims department they are telling to ask company guys..And the worst thing is everyone in that company are soooooooooooo... arrogant..writing review is our satisfaction..they don’t consider about reviews..don’t trust this cheaters

We had a horrible experience renting a 26 ft uhaul truck with them. They gave us a truck unfit for the road, during winter in Canada and the truck had no windshield wash pump!! We had to be pulling over and throw windshield wash ouselves. We arrived in Nova Scotia and called road assistance to complain and lady on the phone said it would take 3 days (!!!) for someone to assist and we asked for a boost because the truck wouldn't start. The guy came and boosted it up and confirmed that the pump was gone. We kept then driving very distressed and worried about our safety. The oil sign came up so we had to stop and buy oil. We had tire that blew up and I was terrified the truck would tip over how shaken it was... so we had to call road assistance again for them to come repair. Arriving in our house the next day the truck wouldn't start and it got stuck in the little snow in the driveway. We had to call road assistance again and get someone to tow it out. The person came and it took her 2 hours to get the truck out. We call the manager of this place as soon as we got home to complain about how unfit the truck was and he took about 2 weeks to come up with a "resolution" , he had the nerve to refund us $210 he said it was for the pump and $10 for the oil we put in. I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone, they put unsafe trucks on the road... your safety is seems like it is NOT their concern. We are contacting the head office. **update, after a couple of weeks they offered another $600. We paid close to $4k...

Worth your money the workers here always have time to help you even really late at night

Over the years I have had consistently bad experiences with them and their associated company SameDay Courier. I have learnt to use other freight companies but various brokers still sometimes use them for inbound freight much to my chagrin.

I work there that's the best I can do for a over all review.

Good service at the 60 Clyde Warehouse.. when I told the employee that I had fallen outside their offices at 19 Clyde he called immediately to make sure lot of was salted.
