Movers

We rented a Big Steel Box to store our belongings during a major renovation. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience: the staff was courteous and helpful, the Big Steel Box was clean and arrived on time, and all of our stuff was clean and dry after a few seasons on the driveway!

I could not expect anything more than from movers on what Premium van lines delivered. They appeared very professional and delivered as promised.

My experience... I was told I was smart and had potential for advancement. Twice over I was told this and laid off both times third time boss calls to hire me back I say no cause of the past and he calls me an intelligent idiot and accuses me of drinking and sending emails at 11am. Absurd thought from this unprofessional employer. Would never recommend working for them unless you wanna get hurt. They don't do anything by the book!!! Someone needs to investigate these guys before something bad happens!!

We called to inquire about a package and were rudely addressed by the woman on the phone. Our business runs off of this type of delivery and we've now lost significant amount of sales due to lack information. As you could imagine this would be stressful and a little help wouldve gone a long way. All we needed was for 1 question to be answered and she dint even have the time to discuss it professionally. Very disappointed.

Great people

Absolutely disgusted with this company. They shipped our possessions without our knowledge or permission just before Christmas after we requested heated storage (for a reason). This action allowed our possessions to be exposed to the extreme freezing temperatures, for a prolonged amount of time, without even having a civic address to ship them to. They could not tell us where our goods were after repeated requests and then claimed they were being stored in a secure location in Halifax. We found out later that they were being stored in a trailer at the drivers home location (nowhere near Halifax), after being toured all over eastern Canada. Our belongings should still be in their heated storage facility as per the original agreement and then shipped at our request. This company cannot be trusted with your possessions and they clearly do not look after them as if they were their own.(A claim they make in their paperwork). They do not stand by their quotes and have many hidden charges. This situation still needs to be resolved and all they seem to be doing is thinking up new charges rather than striving to come to a sensible solution.
