Good old smashco, broke $5000 woth of our stuff including a bed frame my wife and I bought when we got married 18 years ago. Filed a claim and no response from company. Tried to follow up and again no response from company. Discovered a couple of items missing when we arrived. Not stuff that could be misplaced, I mean it was stolen. We checked our house when we left and it was empty.
Company staff are students in the summer and otherwise unemployable persons who just don't care. If you have a choice look elsewhere, even if you have to move yourself.

Awesome company! I ended up storing my stuff a lot longer then planned, they were great. They kept in touch with me the whole time and when I was ready to have my stuff moved they found a date and moved it all for me. Both the office staff and the guys moving my stuff were awesome! Highly recommend!!!
