This company is the parent company of National Car Rental in Fort St. John, BC. This summer I rented a car out of their location as an Emerald Club Member and upon return, was charged $2,455.38. Completely unacceptable and they have done nothing to return my calls to receive an explanation. Poor experience and would not recommend anyone to deal with scam artists.

Great moving company! They were amazingly priced compared to all major competitors. The men (keein (I think)) who showed up were incredibly professional and polite, they explained all pricing and procedures before the move, they worked very quick and carefully. They unloaded everything neatly and asked continuously what room I wanted the bigger items and heavy boxes in so I wouldn't have to move them later and even offered to build my bed for me. Such great service!

I'm currently having a bit of difficulty with Manatoulin; I received a shipment that weighed 70lbs (which is documented by the shipper) and I was charged for a 2000lb shipment ($600.00). I called their support line and was told in a rather unpleasant tone that unless I supply Manatoulin with spec sheets for the product that was shipped to me I'm stuck paying a $600.00 invoice. Not even sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my account there if things don't shape up lickity-split!!

Great customer service from the guy in the yard (Brandon) to the girls in the office who handle the paperwork. Great company to do business with.
