I hired First Choice when I had a piano to move from upstairs to downstairs. It was a tough job, and it wasn't very lucrative; but Tony took the time to fit us in while a number of other companies weren't interested in the job. Total failure of a company. Made arrangements with Dale to do an afterhours pick up. He assured me he could take care of this task, and pulled a no show, then decided to not be available by phone (When he was available at any given moment before)

Set a date, and picked up boxes for our pictures, mirrors, and stuff. This was great being able to pre pack. The quote was very competitive and the crew was very polite, on time, and worked hard. We had a 400 lb fish tank to be moved and it was put in the basement with no issues. The crew we had was very experienced and the move went smoothly. We still have a few boxes to unpack and they will come and pick them up.

We used Points West for our move in May 2017. We packed the boxes...they wrapped and moved all the furniture, including a grand piano, and all the boxes. We were happy that they took care of our things and set it all up in our new house. There were a few issues but everything was resolved satisfactorily. Easiest move to date.
