I normally go with the old saying "if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all" but I really want to warn folks about this man. When I called him I asked if he wanted to see my house before moving my baby grand piano--he said quote "I have been in the business for about 30 years I know all houses to see yours would just be more time consuming than its worth." I believed him. However when he arrived and finally saw my house he had an MAJOR attitude from the start--complaining about the stairs the design everything. Then I realized after he said "this is a bigger job than I thought" four times that he wanted more money--yep I was correct ! He wanted fifty more dollars. The bottom line I told him to leave. Four men brought the piano into my house--he only brought one other man--please don't waste your time with him please--I have never seen customer service like this. And the funny thing is--I was going to give him a sixty dollar tip--so more money wasn't the issue--his attitude was..

Excellent service! They worked fast and efficently. Super friendly. I would definitely give them business again.

Grunts most definitely earned four stars for the difficult job of removing an exceedingly heavy and cumbersome object from our basement laundry room. Carpet protection covering for their shoes, in this case, however would have been appreciated. Will certainly call upon the Grunts whenever the need arises. The crews cordiality and no-job-too- tough attitude certainly earned a fifth star. Thank you.

Hi Joe. I just want to let you know that the guys you sent to my house were absolutely amazing. Two handsome men arrived on time and moved the armoire quickly and without a problem. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. They knew their job and they did it well. Whenever I move I will definitely call again... Corey thanks for making me smile! I will definitely tell my friends about the great experience I had with Grunts Moving and Junk Removal. Thank you.

I usually don’t give reviews when they are negative and give the benefit of doubt that it might be an exception but this was too Much and I hope that I can help someone avoid doing business with them. Never got an estimate in writing but verbally 3200$ and they ended up billing me 5300$ Didn’t get a breakdown of the hours spent moving and packing (figured that I got about 6 hours - almost a full day overcharged) They asked for my credit card info for a deposit (day one) and just billed me the last 3500$ without my approval and never got back to me with any details as asked for. Also! A big one for non smokers, they smoked in the truck with my furniture and it still smells! The reason why I gave them a second star, they were friendly.

Service courtois, rapide, minutieux.
