Had my RV there. Paid 6 months upfront and had to move my RV due to breach of contract and break-in. Owner has been difficult to get ahold of and is even more difficult since having to deal with the break in. I Have spent the last 18 days trying to get ahold of owner and he refuses to answer phone or text messages or return calls. Owner is full of excuses, we have given countless chances and finally gave up as his word was worth nothing. Even RCMP reccomended finding storage elsewhere due to the issues we had.

I was driving behind one of your trucks this morning (Jan 12th 2017) on Hwy 97 in Kelowna, past McCurdy Rd. Everyone is driving at about 70-80kms/hr. Your driver was hauling a double load of logs and I watched as he signaled left for a fraction of a second and proceeded to change lanes, cutting off the woman who was in that lane, just behind him! (she was beside but ahead of me) I decided to get up past him, he then swerved into the lane behind me and then back again into the left lane. NOT a very good driver at all!!!! The license plate ended in 4658 or something like that.

Hard working guy. Friendly staff. Helped me out when I was in a jam. Very reliable.

Picked up a parcel and it came collected. Nearly fell over when I had to pay over $50.00 for it. Canada post would have been cheaper

Incredible customer service. Always friendly and helpful staff. I've been to this place time after time with sudden emergency vehicle problems, and they have gone above and beyond their duties every time to fit me into their schedule and resolve my issue. I had a problem with a shaking rear wheel the day before a flight out of Kelowna. These guys stayed past their shift to look at my vehicle, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive for the next day. Highly recommend going to Kal tire 100 Mile. These guys are pretty good.
