Movers

I had a major move from West Chester, PA to Fort Lee, NJ. Met with owner who evaluated my apt and gave me a decent quote on the move. It wasn't the cheapest quote, nor was it the priciest, but to me, I liked my dealings with him and his "side kick" Megan. So I chose them. The movers on Day 1 were all pretty professional and did their jobs well. On Day 2, 2/3 men came back to move us in. The new guy was ok, but eventually just lost his cool as we were moving up a long flight of stairs. Some of the furniture got nicked, and another one "broke". I was able to fix it later, but that wasn't cool. I also think the guy (possibly mistakenly, maybe not) took a Swiss army knife, but who knows. I was also overcharged, but Megan and the crew were quick to rectify the mistake and make a refund. I would choose Jensen again for the move. From an administrative standpoint they were quick to answer questions and rectify mistakes. 3/4 movers were excellent and professional. As for the 1 guy who kind of lost his cool...well, he did recover and finish up the job. But I guess I'll always wonder if he mistakenly took the Swiss Army knife or not. Or if it's still somewhere in my new apartment (albeit I have not found it yet well after the move). Regardless, I was happy with the move and with Jensen. As for the nicks, it happens -- but yeah, they came close to perfect if it wasn't for that one dude. And if there were no nicks, they would have gotten a perfect rating!

We had a great experience with Bargain Movers. They were very professional from start to finish. Their price was reasonable and very competitive. I would definitely recommend them.

Bookstore movers were absolutely wonderful! Made a stressful move very simple -they were very efficient, yet also cautious with all of my furniture. My entire move was down in under two hours and nothing was damaged. Movers were professional, kind, and helpful. Couldn't recommend them more highly -best movers in DC!

Adam D and Jeremy M were very careful as well as efficient with our move. I will definitely use this company again if all their employees work as hard as they did. I had some very heavy pieces. Thanks guys for caring about your customers.

We used General Moving Carriers to pack and store contents of our 20+ year lives in South Orange, NJ and then move them to NYC. From the initial contact with Guy Kaufman who wrote up the job to both the loading and unloading crews were incredibly helpful, pleasant to work with, and efficient. I hope we never have to move again but if we did we'd hire them again without hesitation. Could not more highly recommend them.

Thank you so much Hercules! I contacted them on a Friday, and Monday 8 guys showed up and put together everything I had in one day! This is not our first time using Hercules Moving, it's actually our third. They are kind, understanding and professional. Most importantly, they get the job done in an efficient manner. Thanks again from this repeat customer!

Very kind and polite guys..and recumend them fullheartedly..

I moved from Montana to Maine. I had a great experience on the Montana side. On the Maine side they showed up more than 1hour late. The driver spent his time on the phone making personal calls for his vacation the next day. Boxes were all clearly labelled and color coded for basement, main floor, and garage. This was all reviewed with them, but even after multiple reminders they did not follow instructions. There was a blue print of where furniture should be placed and that was completely ignored. In the end they just started putting everything in the garage. After breaking not just the light but light fixture in the entry way, they tried to convince us not to come a claim. Multiple items broken, I have at least one box that is not mine. I made 4 phone calls before getting a response that they will do nothing. I guess my big mistake was paying up front. They do not take any responsibility for the movers and do not follow up timely. Find a different company!

the team of three was very professional and hardworking-showed up on-time, introduced themselves, started work immediately. They were prepared with materials and tools and very organized. The wrapped/protected everything prior to loading. When unloading they checked with us as to where we wanted furniture, boxes, etc.

Best Mover in Virginia Beach!! This was our 3rd time using them. We recently moved out of a large 2 bedroom apartment into storage. Stephanie and her team did a Great Job !! Everything Went very smooth as the first 2 moves did!! The team was extremity conscientious !! They covered everything !! Boxes, packing, Loading and unloading into storage. If your getting ready to head out this is the moving company to use, you wont be disappointed!!

Great service from the entire team! Very professional! Highly recommended!

Good service at the 60 Clyde Warehouse.. when I told the employee that I had fallen outside their offices at 19 Clyde he called immediately to make sure lot of was salted.

Secure buildings staff is a little hit or miss and we had to talk with customer service bit it was cleared up within 15 minutes.

They were very helpful and affordable. We are definitely recommending them and will use them in the near future. Thanks for the warm service. ✌🏿
