Had a great experience...... Koool, fun, modivated movers !!!!

I was extremely disappointed when I found out they "lost" my full size musical keyboard. When I approached them about the issue, I was told I only had 7 days to make a claim. I contacted them 2 weeks after we moved in because my husband had a medical emergency 3 days after our move, in addition to trying to unpack the whole house with 2 small children under the age of 4. I find 7 days to unpack and entire house of boxes (3 floors) ridiculous. Anyhow, they said they would look for it, but of course it was never found. How is something that size lost? Despite not being able to make a claim because 7 days had passed, I still felt that a report should have been filed about the issue. It's not like I said I lost a plate; they misplaced my 400$ + keyboard. Furthermore, as I was unpacking I was disturbed to find that they had packed my computer printer in a box with painting supplies (just one of many odd packing combos) and the box labeling was terrible (ex: 'basement books' there was one book in the box, the rest was all computer supplies). When I had the original meeting with them, before I signed the paperwork, they came across as a great company, but as soon as I had an issue, I felt like they just pushed me aside and said 'nothing we can do'. I don't recommend them.

"I've moved a number of times and it was probably the worst move in 20 years," said customer Shelagh Bruhn. "They have no hearts, as far as I'm concerned."

Brent and his team were just amazing. Efficient, reasonable, and totally professional. What amazed me the most is that we discovered after the move that, through no fault of TLC's, we'd missed a few boxes, and Brent offered for his team to come and pick them up and bring them into storage for us at no extra charge. Just AMAZING service and quality of work, highly highly recommended!

Excellent service from the start. The rigging crew knows exactly what to do and dosent waste their time.

Highly recommended. Excellent service.

The three guys sent to us were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and extremely experienced. I have moved 12 times and every time was a headache with the movers we had until 2 Men and a Truck. This crew made the move less stressful and were very very careful with our items.

The crew of Keith, Cliff and Craig made our move a breeze. They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and worked non-stop for 4 hours. We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to our furnishings. We would not hesitate to recommend Parkview to anyone looking for a seemless move.

Excellent moving company . Took very good care of our furniture and wrapped all important pieces. Amer and Nawaf were polite ,respectful , professional and were extremely helpful to make our move from Ottawa to Morin Heights easy and successful ! Highly recommend Move- Ottawa

Used them last week and both thumbs up!

Pronto movers were fantastic. They were punctual, friendly, handled my belongings with care. They work very hard & great prices too. Thanks again pronto & sorry for not writing this post sooner 😃

Ottawa Valley Movers was the best moving company we've hired. Three friendly and efficient guys showed up on time and were speedy in getting all our big items packed safely. They moved everything in without a mark on the walls. Would highly recommend hiring this company!

Stay away from this company. They claimed they have insurance but they really don't. They damaged my walls, and scratched my 1500$ dining set. When I asked for them to repair it, they went rogue on me. Never heard back from them. I will be reporting them to the ministry.
