This place is great amazing service nice people

I have been faithfully going to this place for about 6 months. And it wasn’t until today that I decided I will never return. They have used my visits as teaching moments for new nail techs the past 3 times (which I always ignored at first) Which has made my nails take longer and not always the best looking. She was also answering the phone while doing my nails and just very nonchalant about the whole process. While my friend who is Asian, has had quick and enjoyable service both times she has gone. They also decided to try and charge $20 for an extra design, which I’ve never heard until today. I think they are biased and honestly they don’t do a good enough job to act as snobby and nonchalant as they do.

It’s hard to find a good Acrylic nail artist. Today Deep did my nails and I'm loving it. Very clean place. Highly recommend Deep for your nails.

I wanted to schedule a pedicure, but the male receptionist was so rude that I’m now afraid to go there. Really disappointing. There was one customer getting served. I guess they don’t want or need the business and can afford to be rude and unwelcoming.

Tammy is a rockstar! She always goes above and beyond to help her clients. I fell into that shop not too long ago and then found out a friend of mine who's had the most glorious nails every week at church used to go to the same woman! I am so glad that I found Tammy and her shop. Definitely check her out if you haven't already. Another time, I also got a pedicure for men amazing woman there and she got the callous is off so well that my feet have stayed the same several weeks after the pedicure. Everybody cares for their patrons with love and attention in this salon! (If I could give them 6-🌟 or more, I would!)

The staff is amazing very sweet

Yuka runs a small nail salon with one other employee. They both use a different technique and materials than traditional nail salons, called Japanese gel. They are much better quality. Basically think healthy and unbreakable nails. Also Yuka has an assortment of natural and trendy colors, Japanese style charms and special effects you can’t find anywhere else in the South Bay. Her nail designs don’t look tacky! It comes with a slightly higher price, but I’m happy to pay it for the reasons above. And it’s this kind of trendy small business With a dedication to quality and uniqueness that I want to support.

As a 69 year old grandpa, my grandkids think I am coolest grandpa ever. Besides that it was the best experience I’ve had. Quality service and quality nail polish. I am also a swimmer and it lasted for three weeks before my nails grew out and needed them done again.

Posting this review about a week late (as you can see by the nail growth in the pics haha). I am so happy this place accepts walk ins , I called them and they fit me in immediately and were so flexible & professional. I got an acrylic fill with the nail color mint julep & white flowers on the thumbs. Came in with busted nails, several broken. They were fast & efficient, but not in a hurry, real nice and talented lady. Would recommend! 10/10 because the flowers are so pretty I can’t take my eyes off them haha.
