I love this place it’s clean,relaxing, beautiful I live in Vallejo and I drive to Richmond every one-two weeks and they are such nice ppl with good personalities I love how everyone greet me by my name I highly recommend Ryan nails

Lona has been doing my nails for many years a sweet kind soul who is talented beyond words. I’m not as adventurous as some with my nails but when I wanna switch it up Lona creates a masterpiece. A clean, above board beauty lounge that goes above and beyond for their loyal long time and new clients. You will not be disappointed with the experience, talent, and artistic abilities....true hard gel is a rarity and the quality is above and beyond!! I love my Lona appointments...and let’s talk compliments they are off the chart my nails speak for themselves!

This was my first visit and it was truly impressive! My pedicurist was quite attentive and kind. Her thorough pedi, massage and polish was excellent. I think her name was Kit. The woman who did my nails (sorry I didn’t get her name!) was also professional and, gentle with that electric file (those usually make me nervous) She got the shape I wanted and they look pretty and natural. I will return when I’m in Sunnyvale!

Updated review: Gave it a second chance and the nails lasted a few weeks and looked beautiful. The ladies were singing and dancing and joking which was nice Still didn’t clean up the Polish around the fingers so manicure didn’t look clean when done though the Polish was pretty Manicure lasted a long time which I’m glad about Previous 2 star review: Beautiful nails and nice women Didn’t clean up the Polish around the fingers so manicure looked messy when finished and the top coat stained so I had to get them off within some days which was so painful because it was the staining top coat, not the nails that were the issue.

Remodeling is underway but the service was fantastic! Accepts walk in and cash only. The stylists are very friendly and the eyebrow wax I received came out great! 👍

Kathy was greattt Me and my boyfriend got a pedi and I came back for a fill with Kathy and she freestyled this gorgeous marble design for me and I LOVEEE IT it’s absolutely gorgeous and I’ve been getting so many compliments already I highly recommend them if your even and inch near and you won’t regret it Thanks Kathy 😁❤️

I had been going to this shop for a few months and was happy with the work of the lady doing my nails, Sang. But one day I was there for an appointment and she took a walk in ahead of me causing me to wait over half an hour. I confronted her about this and she became defensive and never offered to have the walk in wait. I complained to the manager and he basically wouldn't do anything because I had posted a similar review on yelp. He sited the negative review as a reason to not correct a mistake. Work was good but they didn't value an established customer over their greediness to take a walk in over someone with an appointment. A person who took the time to call and make an appointment should not have been bumped for a walk in. That is just pure greed.
