Nails

Wonderful is all I can say. They are meticulous, reasonable and friendly . Since last year I've had my nails and toes done here. I won't go anywhere else now. Its a family business that I will definitely support.

I requested a manicure, and they did not do that at all i was surprised when asked are you not doing this, they didn't respond or spoke their own language was very rude. They did not massage the hands after they never even filed or shaped my nails the way I wanted they just use the grinder to clean your cuticles and are very rough.

a friend and i had an appointment for a manicure and an acrylic refill. sat in there for about 20 mins then they started on my nails while my friend sat waiting for someone to do hers. she sat there for an hour while employees walked by her countless times and asked her what colour she had wanted even though she had already had hers picked out. also had other people come in for appointments after ours and were helped before her. we left after they finished on my nails. complete waste of time. do not make an appointment with friends if you want both of your nails done because they will most likely only serve one.

I got a shellac manicure from them. It was my first time here. I really like the service, my nails were cut and shaped just the way I like them. I think the technician’s name was Lynn, she did an amazing job cutting my cuticles. It didn’t hurt a bit and I couldn’t even feel it at a point(I was watching Tv then) but when I looked at how she had cut it. It was crisp clean. I didn’t have any complaints and didn’t have the need to tell point out spots. I got enough time picking the colour without and pressure. I absolutely love them. Will definitely keep coming back.

An amazing woman who does amazing work! I have been to multiple different nail salons over the past few years but she is absolutely the best. She is always organized and prepared, but also incredibly artistic, able to do any designs I could ask for! I have been going to see Nova for months now and I have loved my nails every time. The prices are great and the quality and environment are even better. I highly recommend getting your nails done at Nova's!

It would be nice if I could review this salon based on actually getting a manicure and pedicure but when I went in to inquire about her services and scheduling I was treated so dismissively and rudely that I was in a bit of shock. .I have never been treated like that..she actually looked me up and down (I wish I was kidding but I'm not)..as if to decide if I was worthy of her services..you can't make this stuff up..she absolutely had zero desire to even entertain my business..she was so arrogant that she had basically dismissed me and why was I still standing there..this is a small community..you DO NOT treat people like that..I gave her one star because they don't have the option of no stars..which is what she deserves

The women here are amazing! So happy to have a quality service with great products. I have always struggled to find a good place up north and Jess definitely has it going on! And my husband can get a great coffee while he waits for me to finish. Great touch!
