Hands down my favorite nail salon. Been coming here since they opened and have always had an amazing experience. We bring our mom here too and her feet are very sensitive, as are her nails, and they are so careful when doing her pedicure and always ask if she's okay. We come about once every 2 months and I won't go anywhere else! Amazing staff and amazing service!

Thank you Sandy for fixing my hair and have no idea how much I was craving for a professional haircut from past 2 years. This is my first experience with this salon and I am very happy with how Sandy showed me how to style my hair. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Richmond or downtown to look for a hairstylist. I am glad to find this salon especially if you are looking for Asian style haircut. I will definitely go back again next time. P.S. dont attempt to follow youtxxe and try to cut you own hair. Go and find Sandy instead.

Amazing customer service! I should preface with the fact that I never get my nails done. I booked in for a shellac mani/pedi for my wedding and didn't realize that if I wanted extensions, I would need an appointment for gel nails. Even though they were super busy, the owner made an extra effort to extend 2 of my nails that were shorter than the rest. I appreciate the extra effort and care so much! Now my hands are perfect for wedding photos. Thank you for showing your customers you care so much! Super professional, great quality, and genuinely nice customer service ✅! * except my nail broke tonight only 8 hrs after getting it done :,(... trying to epoxy glue it before our wedding now.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Tony for years and he never disappoints. I always leave my nail appointments amazed by his talent. He is the best nail tech around. 10/10 recommend him.

With my schedule, I never know when I have a free moment but they always get me in for a manicure if they aren’t fully booked up. They have great colours and my nails last a long time with their gel polish. I enjoy my “me” time there and will be returning

96 Nail Salon is my favorite nail salon. The nail technicians are extremely nice, professional, and they do a wonderful job. My pedicures look amazing, I usually get acrylics for my nails and I am in love with how they turn out. They are able to do really nice designs and they end up looking beautiful. I have been here many times and they have not disappointed me once.

Went here today for the first time. The nail technician was very nice and did a great job on my nails. Definitely will return.

Came in with very dry feet and hands, wanting to help with that and get shellac for my nails. Had a relaxing enjoyable experience, left with soft hand and feet. I love how my nails look. Looking forward to going back.

Visited from Toronto and one of my nails broke on my trip before my engagement phtooshoot- went here and they were so fast, professional and thoughtful while fixing. Would recommend 100%!

Loved the vibe in the salon the care put into my manicure. Sanjana’s body care line is also AMAZING. The only thing im slightly disappointed about is how far the polish was painted from my cuticle. I noticed after my appointment that it was more than im used to but now 5 days after, my nails look super grown out already.

Wondering experience!!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They take people after hours as well and welcome with great smiles on their face. I went there 3 time and it was great experience every time!!! Definitely recommend 😊😊

I wish I could give more stars! I have been to a ton of salons over the years and have never had my nails looking so natural. HELEN IS A SUPERSTAR! That salon saying, "Its a nail file, not a magic wand" does not belong where she works ;) I'm sorry I didnt catch the name of the lady that assisted. She was amazing as well.
