Betty is amazing, her lash work is on point, the decor is beautiful and she has the most comfortable lash table/bed ever! Highly recommend.

I have had the privilege of working with the Lezara Team for 12 months and have experienced several of their treatments and products to support healthy, glowing skin. I have had multiple treatments of: Venus Viva, Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal, Mesotherapy, IPL, Botox (all with the lovely Valencia, professional, experienced and feels like sunshine for your soul), a dermoscope exam to check for any concerning moles (along with a few removals including Basal Cell Cancer), and have incorporated a comprehensive home skincare routine with ZO products. The primary reason I started with Lezara was to address hormonal cystic acne. Along with these treatments and products, I have also undergone systemic acne treatment directed by Lezara’s GP Dermatologist, Dr. Malherbe. This is my first time partaking in medical grade skincare treatments and products supervised by a physician, and I am delighted with the Lezara Team’s knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Equally amazing is their warm hospitality, genuine care and conversation, and customer service. One of my favourite aspects of the Lezara program is the regular follow up consults with Dr. Malherbe to assess progress and determine next steps to achieving goals. If you haven’t had the honour of meeting him, Dr. Malherbe is one of a kind. He is truly a jack of all trades (he even delivered my son via emergency C section, performed his circumcision and my husband’s vasectomy). Dr. G deeply values the mental health of his patients and acknowledges their health beyond the physical. Dr. Malherbe’s extensive, world class training and experience, his work ethic, his ability to communicate and connect, and his values are at the helm of Lezara. Many patients including myself, come to Lezara to help restore and preserve their appearance in order to feel more radiant, resulting in a greater sense of self esteem. Natural aging, as well as growing and raising tiny humans, can take a toll on a woman’s body! I highly recommend Lezara to anyone desiring to feel more radiant, vibrant and beautiful, which will ultimately elevate the confidence with which they show up in this world!

I would highly recommend anyone in Squamish needing a massage to visit Dalila. I called her last minute in desperate need of a massage as I could hardly move my neck. She accommodated me on very short notice as well as went out of her way to book me in after hours. Due to these circumstances we decided on a 30 minute massage. She was very nice and gave an amazing massage, really doing a thorough job. When the massage was over, I realized that it was in fact over an hour. When I offered to pay the remaining for the extra time, she told me not to as she really just wanted to ensure that she got all of the tension out. She truly cares about her clients satisfaction and is great at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you again Dalila for going above and beyond for me, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

In response to the review given by Tina Alexis, this was a client that came into High Maintenance to get lashes done with myself. Not with Jen . She had come in with strip lashes on and said this is what she wanted them to look like. As I do with ALL my clients we did a consult of her natural lashes and I determined I was unable to give her a mega volume set as her natural lashes were sparse and damaged. I explained to her how I had recently had a set done that were to full and heavy for my lashes. She is correct I did not give her the name of the tech as it was irrelevant and I would never talk badly of another tech. The client slept the entire service , when I was done I let her know I would only be charging her for a volume set as I could not get her to mega volume without adding damage to her lashes. She said she was NOT going to pay . I took a photo of her lashes as proof she had a beautiful full set done incase this went any further. Our store has security cameras so it was for the sole purpose of proof of work done. Her picture was never posted publicly. She became abusive to me and was asked to leave or I would be calling rcmp. She stated it was her birthday and was only passing through town. I had a bad feeling by her presence she might try to pull something like this. Always go with your gut I guess. About two years ago I had troubles with my toe getting infected so I went to see the doctor and he gave me antibiotics. Yes, the infection went away for a bit and then it came back. Taking the antibiotics wasn’t taking the actual problem away. So I went to see Liezel who was my sister‘s friend, knowing that she was a foot nurse and asked if she could help me. And she did just that. She removed the ingrown nail that was causing the infection in the side of my toe. And I can’t thank her enough for helping me. She also took the time to teach me aftercare so that it doesn’t happen again. Leizel was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I would defiantly recommend her care. She’s great!

Absolutely Fabulous! Finally, after a year of searching, a true professional who knows what she's doing and then some. My shellac manicure and pedicure were wonderful. And she managed to save all of my nails that had been previously abused by someone else. Oh and her nail designs are stellar. Shes got game ladies. I will with happy joy joy confidence be back for my next nail service and I'll bring my posse too!! Thanks again!
