This is my new favourite salon! I love coming here to get my nails done; they have a massive selection of polish, sparkles and anything you’re looking for! They’re also highly skilled at designs, great customer service and always on time with appointments. The place is clean and very comfortable to be in.

Friendly staff, fantastic work

Got my acrylics removed and the lady took them off, but she didn't take the glue of the acrylics off, she said it was "a stain and it will go away." It never did, I don't recommend going here, I thought I would give them a try despite the poor reviews, but sadly I have to agree, and the price board + website isn't right, they changed their prices.

I made an appointment for 2 fills at 3:30 and when I showed up for my appointment at 3:30 there was only 2 ladies working. one was in middle of pedicure and one had just started a lady’s nails. When I said we had appointments the one lady just said they forgot about the other lady’s appointment and we would have to wait. Horrible customer service.

Yesterday, Nov 18, after having THE WORST experience at "ENCHANTED" nails whatever, I called this Salon, and they booked me in, I went to this salon, got my nails done, exactly what I wanted. Salon was clean, great customer service and Tech was very friendly and very good at what she does. Would recommend this place.

Disrespectful & Unprofessional, I went there yesterday, it was my first time at this place, I actually had an appointment, the lady at their tiny little reception told me to sit at number 3, this place was actually so small, crowded and actually really dirty, the lady that was about to my nails at number 3, told me she can't do what I wanted to get done, because they are going to close at 7(my appointment was at 5:40), IF SHE CANT DO BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT HAVE TIME WHY DID YOU BOOK MY APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE(I actually told her what I wanted to get done while booking the appointment). I just left this messy, horrible place, and definitely not coming back. DO BETTER!

Denise is a sweetheart and the absolute best. Professional, kind and careful with your nails and pays attention to detail!

Yesterday was the first time I visited this nail salon because my friend told me they did a good job. A young lady did SPA Pedicure to me, but I didn't see her sanitize tools. When she scrubbed my left foot dead skin, I felt painful in my ankle, then I see my blood out of skin. Obviously, she had no experience with this emergency. At my request, she gave me paper towel and sprayed alcohol on my skin. No any employees came to ask or care me, the front desk lady she saw what happened but she didn't come to check and ask. I was very upset about it. I still paid by cash $51+$10tips, but I won't come back anymore and not recommend any friends to come this store. I don't mind spend more money to buy More hygienic and professional services. BUT NOT THIS!

I went there for my nail extension for first time and they did very bad and even they were very rude with me when i complaint about my nails then the lady who is owner of the saloon talked with me unprofessionaly...i recommend not to go there because...they do not care about quality...very bad exprerience

I have been coming to Pure Nails on Main for some years now. They are very professional, friendly and welcoming. They do a good job with the polishes as they always last. Booking is easy online and there is always parking nearby.

I asked for LV & I got this. So I'm going to a new nail place tomorrow
