No quality, no good service. My acrylic set end up looking horrible. They are always in a rush a don't care how job is done. She left shellac under my nails! They charge extra for decoration...won't go back for refill and won't recommend it! Pictures talks by themselves...

These girls are amazing! Always welcoming and offer a super friendly atmosphere. Cute and clean shop and I am never dissapointed in any service I receive. Sabrina always makes me feel like a million bucks! I would recommend these Ladies to everyone and you should really check them out!

Amazing place; it was my first time getting my pedicure done. Friendly and experienced staff members. They know what they are doing; just let them do it—lots of parking in front. At least 6-7 staff members working at a given time. Massage chairs are fantastic too.

We used Heartwood & Co. for our wedding which was supposed to be in June 2021 but then was postponed to September 2021 due to COVID. Their entire team was so supportive and understanding throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with. We had over 11 people getting hair and make up on our wedding day, so it was a big job! The team was professional, on-time, and just a joy to be around. They are all super talented and I would recommend them to any wedding couple! ♥️ Special mentions to Melissa and Aislynn who worked with me to make last minute changes to my hair and make up on the morning of our wedding! You are both a dream! We were all so happy with the services - thank you!!

Great experience. Spent 3 hours getting mani and pedi, and they did my brows when asked. The esthetician I had was great...was there on a sunday, you can catch her then. Nice experience, great service, will definitely return.

Bree is an absolute gem! I have been getting my nails done by her for years. She is always super professional and personable, making sure her clients are always satisfied and very well taken care of. She is extremely talented at what she does. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing amazing AMAZING

I’m a very loyal customer and did this place disappoint me today. I was looking forward to getting my nails done. I booked one month in advance. I am driving from Vancouver to West Van . Unfortunately the weather was horrible and there was some traffic after leaving an hour early. I called in to let them know ill be a bit late, no answer. I assumed it was due to them just opening up the store. When I arrived, I was informed that my spot has been given away. I did not receive a courtesy call to see I'm on my way. I was so disappointed and the alternative options were not the best as it didn’t fit my schedule. I honestly felt like a price and not a customer. I do understand that they are running a business but customer service wise I feel like they failed to do the best they could. I left crying and disappointed as their apologies didnt seem very honest and true. I feel this could have been all avoided if they bothered to give me a call or answered my call. I honestly really liked this place but after this experience and disappointment I dont think ill be back. :(
