I wanted the first picture, an easy pink French tip. Then they gave me what was in the other 2 pictures even tho it looks nothing like it and the colours are different. They charged my $70 for my nails that are crooked, and splotchy! There are huge bumps all over my nails and they were just rushing me out. They didn’t even put the top coat on right on top of my nail stickers and it took 2 different people for my fake nails as the first guy didn’t know what he was doing and the second guy ripped them off. Also my nails are already lifting after not even a week! My pedicure is also not the same colour as what I wanted. I wanted pink and they gave me bubble bath. I had to keep telling the guy to fix my nails and it took him over 2.5 hours to do a set that he did really sloppy. He also left stuff in my nails and didn’t clean up underneath. I’m so disappointed and it was expensive. Would NOT recommend this spot! Go somewhere else!!

Kat and Tommy, the newest owners, are kind, gracious and extremely good at what they do. Definitely my new favourite mani/pedi place. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as they are around!! And all of their staff is great as well!! So glad to have found you guys!! Merci ☺️

I don't always have the greatest nails - but she was able to take my nails and actually make them look pretty!!! She's attentive to detail, explains the process and puts 100% effort into her work. Highly highly recommend!

Place is very clean. Ladies are friendly. Went in for a mani/pedi. Sat to do pedi first and was asked if I minded having my manicure done at the same time. Of course I didnt. Got me out of there sooner and on with my day.

So this was my experience at this nail salon. Me and mom my usually go to this nail salon yo get our nails done and they are usually nice. However the last time I went with my mom they were being rude to my mom and not acknowledging her. When we first entered they greeted us in a serious way but when a new customer came they were so polite and their attitude was different felt like we were being discriminated. When my mom tried to start a conversation the lady helping was so dry and was barely attending my mom to check up on her and she felt left out they were more focused on other customers then her. So me and my mom decided we are never coming here anymore.

Friendly staff who do a thorough job.

They are very professional, I loved the work. Very pleasant environment, for sure coming back;)

I would highly recommend this salon! Great and friendly service. They definitely pay attention to detail and ensure that you are leaving with awesome nails!! Prob the best salon i have been to in terms of them really caring about putting out good nail work. If i were you i would check it out!

Nail Fuel is one of the best nail salons in the GTA. I’ve been getting my nails done for more than five years and out of all places I’ve tried this is by far the best. My sets are perfect from design to the shape and they always come through and keep my nails on point. I refuse to go to any other salon!!

First time here.. I just moved here and looking for a local nail salon. The reviews were great on Google so I thought I will give it a go. I was not disappointed. She did a good job.

I got a spa mani and pedi and my Mani I still flawless heading onto week 3! Wow. Professional friendly staff and clean shop.

My mother and I have been loyal customers for many years. We started to initially to to Sam’s location by Bathurst and Sheppard and have gone to his other locations as well. We are very happy to come to this location it is very clean modern and lots of parking is available. Michael and Nicole are excellent technicians very nice and patient and treat everyone with respect. We come for pedicure (shellac) , fills (tried various types of the services), waxing etc There were a few others that were very good but are not hear anymore. Thé salon is very clean and up to date. When the Covid-19 started they made sure to follow all protocols . When they were closed during the pendamic all the clients especially my mother and I were at a loss what to do. When they reopened we were so very happy. Everyone here is very nice and polite and provide a very nice and comfortable environment We highly recommend people to come to this location.

I love coming to this place. They are very safe due to Covid which i love. It makes me feel comfortable. They also have a wide variety of colours to choose from. It seems like they keep trying to be updated all the time with what's new so that to me is amazing. I have brought 2 different people to get services with me already and they love it as well. I was also a referral from someone else that goes there. I had gone on two trips recently and they made sure i was taken care of and in tip top shape. They girls there are very kind, and funny. They actually communicate with there clients. They also take their timeeeeeee... no rush!! A few things that is new to me is they give you snacks when you walk in and offer you water or coffee right away to make sure you are relaxed. Also i NEED to mention they use heated rocks for the end of your pedicure... LOVE THAT!!! they do a great job all around and i will always be a return customer there. Highly recommended THANKS LADIES!! SEE YOU SOON :)

Came to Ortensia for my first time a few days ago! They did a great job on my nails and the staff were really nice! Will definitely come again!

I have gone to other salons but always come back to this place because they take their time and clean my feet with way more attention. I will continue to come back
