Professional staff.

Not sure why it has 4+ stars. At best it is 3+stars. Booked an appointment with the owner (only service provider in the store). She did what I asked for, hands and feet cleaning, but it seemed she just wanted to finish and send me on my way. it was my first time trying this place. I think I will go somewhere else for better experience and relaxing service. Also, hours on maps are misleading, she closes the store at 5pm unless there is an appointment.

Received an hour of deep tissue massage. They asked questions about body pain and massaged accordingly. Excellent service and highly recommended!!

I love the vibe of this place. Everyone was friendly and my nail tech Sara was amazing, professional and paid attention to detail.

All I can say is this is a wonderful nail salon no one nail store can compare after doing pedicure my feet became smooth as walk on the air let my wife love it more than my feeling I suggest someone should come to try and never forget to come again and again

They used to be really great but the past couple times I’ve gone have been really disappointing. I asked for a very simple colour and she gave me a completely different colour that was so streaky. Ended up drilling the colour off and using some gel polish i have at home. Time to find a new place :)

I went here about last year to get my nails done for a baby shower and they did not ask me how long I wanted it. They cut it by themselves. They aren’t the best nail salon. The workers aren’t nice. They are rude. I will definitely not be coming back here.

This was my first time at Kimmy Nails and I am so happy with the way my nails turned out! Jenny was so kind and she did a fantastic job with the design. She was very thorough and paid close attention to the details. Very excited to have found my new regular spot

I have been going to Ana's Nail Boutique for over 10 years now. I started going when they were in Bloor West Village and then I followed them when they moved closer to Islington and Bloor. I would suggest, that a patron doesn't do that unless they are very happy with the service that they receive. In all my time of going to Ana's, I have been very impressed with the professionalism and customer service exhibited by all of the staff - especially Alana who I have had as my technician for all the time I’ve been going. And, one only has to talk to any of them to hear how important their clients are to them and how much they want to provide good service that responds to what the client is expecting. I might also suggest that that is why they continually get top ratings in local surveys. Warren

This is my 3rd time coming to Expert Nails. I love going here and this is officially my new home. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend this place!
