Nails

My new favorite nail place. A+

Not at all good service... lady couldn't understand what I was saying.. they said it will take an hour.. but they spend 45 mina just on pedicure and manicure took 39 mins too.. then she said I have to wait another 20 mins for my nailpolish to dry...

Great place! Clean and very attentive to details. Take great care of customers.

Polina is amazing at lashes! I can barely feel her touch and I have a hard time not falling asleep. I highly recommend her cuz shes definitely one of the best!

My wife and daughters have been here multiple times. Tessa and her staff are highly skilled and love what they do. Great people.

Friendly, quality service. Love the massage and hot towel experience with my pedicure. Clean establishment that follows COVID guidelines.

I made an appt to have a mani pedi for 1 pm. Was so looking forward to it. I did not have to wait. Great! I opted for the spa mani pedi which was $55 and was to include exfoliation and a hot stone massage. Never in my life have I had a pedicure last 15 minutes! Quick soak, cut nails, quick cuticle check, barely exfoliated, stones rubbed on my legs once on each side, polish put on. No nail cleaning, no foot massage nothing. Then my manicure was done as I sat in my pedicure seat. He didn't even take off my old clear polish till I mentioned it, cut off all nails, quick emery board no shaping, no cleaning, no cuticle trim, one coat of clear polish only.....NOTHING! And I was out in my car by 1:30. I have been getting mani pedis for 20+ years and never have I had an experience as lack lustre and unsatisfying as this. Definitely will not return

I find it very helpful to make an appointment ahead of time. I love their shellac it lasts me weeks!

Eric did an amazing job! My nails are perfect and matched the picture! Great attention to detail and will recommend to everyone!

VERY PROFESSIONAL NICE PEOPLE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY UNLIKE OTHER PLACES.

Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Location of the spa is good. Ambiance of the spa awesome. Highly recommended!!!!

My mom took me here with her friend the three of us had such a great time. We laughed a lot and the girls even stayed opened later for us. We are now regulars my mom said :)

Literally got what I wanted and last minute got a pedi, very happy with service, my feet were properly taken care of and refreshed. I left a nice tip. Would recommend their pedicures

Great service and professional!! On time and very nice staff, thank you.

I have been going to Kanata Nail for over 20 years. Always been very happy with the service. Lili dies a duper job and lovely designs. I now take my husband fir pedicures and am super happy with the service.

The best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. From the minute you walk in, to the second you leave. Kind, professional and they take great attention to detail and customer service. Ask for anna she’s amazing!!

The best nail salon. They are super accommodating to appointments and you always get a prompt response either by phone or email. They do excellent work. 10/10

I moved to the area about 3 months ago and I wish I had read the reviews before switching my prescriptions (3) to this pharmacy. I’ve made 3 attempts to change my address, unsuccessfully. I saw a new doctor about a month ago who faxed in a prescription and I got a call from the staff because what was prescribed wasn’t available. They told me the doctor wouldn’t change it because it had been too long since I was there. I was very confused by this as I had seen the doctor that morning. Turns out they called a doctor I had seen a few years ago, in another province, rather than the one who had faxed in the prescription. Attention to detail is not their forte, and you would think that would be an important trait for people dispensing pharmaceuticals. The staff behind the counter have either been clueless or rude. The last straw for me was having a woman raise her voice and tell me that their standard for prescription renewals is 4 hours, then holding up a bunch of papers and shaking them at me and telling me that all these people were ahead of me. Customer service is definitely not a criteria to work here. My husband brought a new prescription in one day and was told that it would be 4 hours, so not just for renewals. I have switched pharmacies!

Absolutely awesome service. Went in for a pedi, and it felt so nice! It's been over a week and my feet are still nice and soft and the polish still perfect. Linda is also licensed to do feet for diabetics and does my mom's. She's so good with her, and has really helped her a lot with her foot issues. Next up, manis. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
