I had a Mani Pedi with Helen and a nail fix (I had to tell her to use the white powder even though she told me she's worked there for 10 years) when I went home and put my glasses on the polish on my nails was awful. I called the next and talked to Tommi who was super nice and told me that Tina would redo.she never said a word but she was talking to Helen in their language and I knew they were talking about me, anyway Tina redid my polish never said a word no apology at all. The job was just as bad and my polish lasted2 days. I will never go back and I would never recommend them. The worst I gave ever had.

Great experience when I came to get my nails done :) Super kind and friendly staff! The salon itself was clean and large enough that the stations felt spaced out and not cramped. My new go to nail place!

I went in wanting to get a fill - I sit down and show the lady a picture of what I want, and she tells me "I have no time to do a design today" it was just a French tip design, I've been to so many nail salons, and never had anyone say "they don't have time" to do something. I called saying I needed a fill - I wasn't aware I had to specify I wanted French tip over the phone, since I've never had to do that with any other salon. So disappointing since I've been coming to mint nails for a while now, and tell all my friends and family about this place. I was super disappointed today. Wont be coming back to this location.

My 1st time there was today. This place has to be the best place I've ever been too. She goes the extra mile to make you enjoy your experiance... I will definitely be back, your an amazing woman and I enjoyed my 1st experiance... thanks honey - Tera-leigh

Lovely place to get your nails done.

I did my nails in the nail-salon located inside Walmart at its entrance, at Marlborough location, in the last week of Sep 2021. I asked for acrylic nails ($40) which was the first one listed on their 'price listing board' at the store entrance. The lady said "I will do powder nails ($50) for you. It is very good." I said I want acrylic nails only and I was about to leave. Then the ladies started saying things in broken English (you will have to be a fortune teller to understand what they are saying). Finally, because I didn't have time to go to another location, I agreed with them for "powder nail" job which ended up as a pathetic one. I regret going there. If u have option, then choose another location for these reasons. a) the ladies have either poor English OR act like that, so that they can get away with what they want, not what you want! When you ask questions, they start talking in their language, not answer your questions! b) Poor job. Your nails will look like you did it yourself- not professional. It is uneven. c) The nails are cut with uneven length. When you try to tell them that they are uneven length, the lady will tell you, she will cut adjust the length later. But she never did that! She went ahead and finished the job. By the time you realize that it is over, it is at a stage where cutting it would make it look even more ugly! d) The artificial nail attachment that they start with as a base are selected unevenly and not fitting your nail size. When you try to tell them you need a wider one, they are not ready to change it. Instead they will continue in broken English why it won't matter at the end. Finally, when the job is done, the thin nail that is used as base will make it look very artificial and unprofessional. You will see a gap at both ends of your nails. e) Uneven surface. After they put powder on my nails, she did not file the surface smoothly on some nails. It is now looking like, I tried to put some old-expired nail polish which had already started hardening! f) Nails are not fully covered. You will see unevenness near the skin, as if a 6-year old tried to put nail polish on you! g) Finally after doing a service like the above, they ask for tip ^ ^. The total I spend including $2.5 of tax, was $55.5.

The Polish on my acrylic set bubbled and lifted within 24 hours. The same tools were used on me as the client before me. The manager refused to provide a refund so I could go to a cleaner more professional environment. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. Do not recommend!

The tables were dirty and half of the time the lady was on call which it’s okay if it’s important but it seemed like just gossip to me which made me uncomfortable. Also the lady left to go attend another customer in between but didn’t sanitize her hands before returning also the supplies were everywhere.

Beautiful job. Patient and kind service

I've been a client here for years but I won't be coming back here. I had a beautiful set of ombre acrylics done here. However, after paying $90 for my acrylics, 6 of the nails started lifting only 9 days later. I went back and as expected, they were fixed for free. While I was getting them fixed I was telling the lady which nails were lifting. She literally raised her voice and said "BE QUIET!". Very unexpected, rude, and unprofessional. I have always been nothing but kind and forgiving, but at that point I knew I wasn't coming back. I pay decent money for your services so I expect decent service at the least. There should also be mutual respect between the client and technician. After getting them fixed (3 days ago), they are starting to lift again. I'll have to get these nails removed after only having them for 11 DAYS..... Waste of my time and money. These nails were very expensive, barely lasted a week the first time and only lasted 3 days after getting them fixed. I'm not even gonna bother asking for a refund because I already know that's not gonna happen.

I always get my nails done here, and I have never been disappointed.
