Thank you very much to Q1 Nails & Spa and the experience was nothing short of amazing. While Amy took care of the hubby and Prity took care of me the other girl offered us drinks ( Mimosa !! Yummy !!) The place was so clean and pretty. It was so great. I noticed how everyone was having a good time Thanks again to Q1 for pretty new feet.

I’ve gone to The Ten Spot Hamilton since they opened and have never been disappointed. Staff are awesome and always make you feel like a million bucks.

It was nice, my favorite part was the pedicure with the stone massage. In the pictures is my real nails with cateye shellac.

Alex did such a wonderful job! I had dark brown curly hair and she managed to get it an incredible light blonde without damaging my curls in one go. Definitely recommend!!

I took permanent hair straightening treatment… was good until I washed my hairs after hair wash my hairs back to previous condition. Don’t waste money on hair straightening. Total Wastage of money

Do not go here!! I like nails for you.. but this location takes advantage of customers and over charges customers… they set a price at the start and then go ahead with things without asking and then expect you to pay for it once it is done. They also “rush” the job to get it done as fast as possible, not caring about the quality. When you call them out they yell at you and use offensive language. I gets my nails done regularly, and i have never experienced bad customer service like this. Extremely disappointing.

I'm sorry that Try my nail guy is leaving. I hope his replacement does as good a job as he does.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being tattooed by Sophie twice already, and will definitely be back to see her more. She is so clean and professional, but very approachable and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. Her art is absolutely beautiful, and she works with you to make your perfect piece. I would never feel uncomfortable speaking about something I didn’t like in the tattoo, changing placement, etc. because of how open and professional Sophie is. I’ve given so many people her name, as I get compliments on the tattoos she’s given me every day. She’s for sure my go to artist! The shop itself is very clean and inviting, and somewhere you want to get tattooed. It is marked as a mental health safe space, and it 100% feels like a safe space. I can’t wait to visit again soon!!

Anna is hands down the most patient and talented nail tech. She is able to easily execute any design you show her and on top of that is super friendly and patient. I’ve been coming here whenever I’m in Hamilton to get a fill and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
