Customer service was excellent. Dr liao was very helpful with all my eye needs. Staff was very kind and courteous.

After a long lapse in having my vision checked, I booked an appointment for a complete examination. Dr. Nikolakakis was very thorough, and explained exactly where I was regarding my eyes, and also explained what should be monitored in the future. He also recommended more than one choice of glasses/lenses, I chose the better package which I came to realize was a very wise choice. From the second I stepped in the door, until the time I left my second visit( to pick up the glasses), Dr. Nikolakakis and his employees were very helpful, pleasant and very efficient with my time. Premium service like this is very rare. Highly recommended.

My initial eye exam was with Dr. Fatima Khan and it went fine, no complaints, but when I called back a few months later for advice on contacts the front desk tried to send me away. There are multiple kinds of designs for bifocal contacts and this was to be my first time trying so I didn't want to go to an optical store because their advice may be financially motivated. I wanted to hear what the "Eye Doctor" recommends... after all, they're only motivated by whats best suited for my condition. A day after explaining this I get a call back from the receptionist telling me the doctor wont talk to me and I'm to go to an optical store. Total brushoff. Sad... Think it's time for a new eye doctor!

Dr Noorani...best in his profession and personal touch with patient..my family has been seeing him for many years. We would not think of going anywhere else to get our eyes checked. Personally ..down to earth person..great calm personality ...the best in profession Lalit&Rashmi vatish

This place has really great customer service... the lady who helped me was very kind & knowledgable and you can tell she cares about what you want. I ended up getting a really nice pair of michael kors sunglasses that I'm in love with! & they were for a fair price too, not excessively expensive

It has okay service, considering that they have very high prices for such low quality frames. I broke one of the frames and it took like 3 weeks to repair it, & in my opinion, is a bit time consuming. They also take 2 weeks (not including weekends) to just get the glasses. Overall, it's a 2 out of 5.

By far the best place! Very friendly doctor and helpful staff! Had a nice selection of glasses and very professional environment.. Would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Chee is definitely someone I trust with my eye health as I've been going to her for 20+ years. She's thoughtful, careful, kind, patient and most importantly, incredibly thorough. She never rushes through the exam, ensures that you understand everything prior to leaving and our non-eye related conversations are always enjoyable. Eye health is incredibly important and I would highly recommend Dr. Chee for anyone looking for a kind, patient and knowledgeable optometrist.
