Dr Cordes is a wonderful optometrist. She is kind, gentle, very thorough and excellent with children.

I went in for an emergency. The staff was able to schedule me within a few hours. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained my medical condition in simple language and diagram. I was in and out with my prescription in minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the consistency is always present ! Even when moving out of the area, I made it a point to still do my business with Humber bay eye care. The staff is super pleasant and always willing to create the best possible solution ! I recommend this location to anyone who inquires and no one ever seems to be anything but happily satisfied !

The in-house eye specialist constantly interrupted me when describing my symptoms during the eye exam, even in the beginning when specifically asked about what prompted me to seek an examination. I repeatedly made myself clear and qualified my complaints, saying that I didn't intend to "play doctor" as a patient but he summarily ignored the information I gave him regarding symptoms, history, etc. I was given drops to relax the pupils in my eyes for a particular test during the visit, and when I told him it triggered mild motion sickness but that I was okay, he smiled and said "You're a person who has a lot of issues, aren't you?" I will let you decide what the implication was there. Do not go here unless you have no patient feedback beyond "My eyes are bad", and wish to be patronized by a jaded opti-whatever for $75 dollars. God forbid you've already tried any remedies he might suggest, also- nobody likes a know-it-all. Leave it to the Vision Center messiah to enlighten us all. "Don't know yourself" - Aristotle

Took my 2 year old son today to see Dr. Awadia and honestly she surprised me! My son is usually super fussy and never let's anyone touch him, but Dr. Awadia has such an enchanting way to deal with kids... It convinced me to change my eye doctor. She sang to my son, let him warm up to her. It was an amazing experience. The staff is very polite and helpful! There is green P parking just up the street so it wasn't inconvenient at all. Only downfall is the stairs, super steep! So just watch your step. Aside from that I'm glad my son and now I are in the care of doctor Awadia and her team.

Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and all around great optometrist.

I am here at the store and have been standing on line with one lady in front of me for close to an hour now. There is one senior staff at the desk who is very oblivious of the time and customers waiting and is taking his own time by chatting endlessly to the customer he is serving. It is the last day of their 50% off sale and there is no other staff available to help. Very poor customer service. If not for the 50% off I will not be waiting here. I will certainly not be ringing their "good customer service" bell. This senior gentleman has no respect for other people's time.

Waiting to see dr azadeh . I haven't even seen the doctor yet .. But you can't drive yourself home which means you have to have someone with you ( my husband and two kids under the age of two are waiting in the car ) and I've been waiting over AN HOUR to see a doctor . I'm going to assume that no matter how good the doctor is it won't make up for that inconvenience . Ask your doctor to send you somewhere else .
