Optometrist

Thank you Ajaz for being ablt to get us in so quickly! I highly recommend Ace Optical! Very professional!

Hi, I visited this store in June to update my prescription and get some new shades. They have a great selection of designer glasses. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I got my Tom Ford prescription sun glasses within a week! Just in time for beach weather! Thanks HPO Ajax! Highly recommend!

Always excellent selection and service. I would not go anywhere else

Excellent service and explanations of examination in detail. Latest equipment in their offices. Great selection of eye glasses to pick from also.

Dr. Kevin Tyber has became very rude in the past couple of years. He disrespect his patients. He pushes patients to buy the frames/glasses from his own shop. If the glasses are bought else were he would not even look at them. He gave me incorrect prescription. When I got my glasses I was not able to see things properly. Everything was blur. Dr. Tyber refused to see me again without paying him again. In the second visit he found a mistake in his prescription but again he blamed it on the place from where I bought my glasses. (note that I got my glasses from one of the top Eye glasses store chain in North America) Save yourself from humiliations and not see this doctor.

Courteous and professional service.

Very professional and helpful! Would definitely recommend

My husband and I are all for these guys. I am a cancer patient when I ordered glasses last time, I couldn't make it to their store to pick up, they brought my glasses to my home and fitted on me...great customer service Sight N' Steps!!

Always the best experiences.

Ann is a rockstar and they would not get this 5* without her presence at the Kingston Road location. She's amazing with customer service; multi tasking and making everyone feel important.

Excellent service. The owner was very knowledgeable and gave many helpful tips when picking out glasses for my 2.5 yr old. Great selection of glasses for both kids and adults.

I went to Dr Yew for a routine eye checkup and for contact fitting. She was extremely professional but also personable, and knowledgable on all things eye related. Would definitely recommend going to this optometrist for not only checkups, but also any urgent eye matters. I was very satisfied with the service.

His methods of eye examination is so thorough and he never rush to attend next patients.

Great selection of sunglasses, I live in Mississauga, they ordered the pairs I wanted, shipped them to me at no cost. The package came beautifully wrapped along with cleaning solution and authenticity cards....Thank you Sight N' Steps for going the extra mile!!

Very disappointed with recent encounter. Used the online booking tool and thought I was all booked up. Showed up for my appointment and was met with a very cold reception. Gave my name and was told that I didn't have an appointment and that my spot was booked by someone else. Receptionist then left me sitting there and started talking to another patient, took their info and walked them in. Never came back. Maybe i did mess up the booking, but the absolute frigid reception was uncalled for. A simple "sorry this happened to you, can you come in on..." would have went a long way. The ad online claims same day examinations, guess not in my case! I have already made an appointment elsewhere.
