My husband and I have purchased a few pieces of eyewear here and the customer service we receive is outstanding every time. Their selection of high and low end brands is quite extensive. They have something for all. Amazing!

Dr. Chan was very nice and made it a pleasant experience. The Staff were very nice as well.

Dr Bryant is a great Dr and person. Very disappointed with his staff, no call or reminder for my eye exam. I'm diabetic and need my eyes tested yearly and nothing from his staff, they really dropped the ball on this. I needed new frames under warranty, they got them in and I recieved no call. Not sure why I've slipped through the cracks regarding my eye exam, not good for business

In April 2018 I went to see Dr. Wang for an eye exam because I wanted new glasses. In the process of the testing he spotted a black dot behind my right eye no bigger than the tip of a pencil.Rather than brushing it off as a shadow or something he was concerned enough to send me on to a specialist in Scarebough who then sent me to the Ocular Oncology department at Princess Margaret where I was diagnosed with having a Melanoma behind my right eye.I have just finished radiation treatment on it and hopefully it works. I am very grateful and want to thank Dr Wang for finding and being concerned about a tiny black dot. If this had gotten bigger I could have at the least lost my eye. Thank you again Dr. Wang.

I have been a client of Janet Hruska-Schill for over 30 years. The professionalism she seeks from her team is amazing. The time spent with me is never rushed. I would and have referred people to this establishment for all your eye needs. Definitely a reputable environment.

The only redeeming quality of this place is the doctor himself. The staff are slow, rude, and seem lost. I had helped my mother choose frames and order progressive lenses, which had to be paid for up front. Unfortunately, when she had gone to pick them up, she was by herself and they had passed off the wrong frames (fitted with the correct lenses) as her now personalized prescription glasses. Seeing as she has trouble with sight, she could not verify if everything was in order and just accepted them. I went the following morning to see if anything could be done to amend the mistake and they simply brushed me off and said I'd have to buy new glasses. I'm never coming back here again. The staff that had helped her five years ago were so much nicer and overall better at their jobs. I'm taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for reading.

I used to love going here, but after Heidi left, his new receptionists have been absolutely dreadful at communicating. I’ve had problems with them calling me back multiple times. The last time was today when I specifically requested that the receptionist call me back after she spoke with the doctor, but she never did and now I’m having a problem with my prescription that I can’t get solved until Monday. I had even explained to her about the pervious incidents and she again, failed to call and leave a message. I will keep going because I love the Dr, but I’m honestly to tears about this situation.

Thorough, professional exam by Dr. Garretson two years ago convinced me to drive this time from Farmington Hills to Clarkston to get his services. I made the right decision. Besides his exam, I also got good advice from his staff on glasses.

Dr.Raby is very knowledgeable, and patient when answering questions you may have. She explains procedures, while testing clearly. Her staff, and referrals for surgeries are pleasant to deal with as well.
