Optometrist

This review is being left simply and plainly for Keith, the guy who works in the back lab of the Bayshore Mall location. He came out when he saw me fiddling with my loose, uneven, dirty glasses. Went out of his way, above and beyond, and fully heated up and cleaned my glasses and tightened and adjueadjthem perfectly. Service at its absolute best.

Stephanie Leroux is a great optometrist that was willing to take time to explain to me about my eyes and current health, which is something no other optician has ever done. All the staff there were really friendly and made the visit a great one. I plan to continue going to Stephanie Leroux for my future optometry needs.

This is my second time purchasing glasses there. Last time I had Nathalie and she was awesome. I have a hard time making decisions at times especially glasses and she was so patient. Great service both times!

Pour le cote optometriste, pas de probleme. Pour le cote opticien, le service n'est pas fort. Il doivent envoyer les verres a la Place Cartier pour les faire tailler, et les renvoyer a Aylmer pour les livrer. Un delai supplementaire inutile. J'ai passer un examen de la vue il y a quatre semaines et on ne peut pas me promettre mes lunettes avant la semaine prochaine (cinq semaines). Je trouve cela totalement inaceptable... DERNIERE FOIS.
