Optometrist

Dr. Banducci is the only person I trust with my prescription! I have a pretty unique case, and he's super thorough and does so much research for me. I once tried Lens Crafters for lenses - big mistake! They were blurry and I had to return them on the spot. I'll never stray again! I hope he never leaves me!!

I hate going to the optometrist but Dr. DeBono is one of if not the best doctors I have ever had. He tricks you into getting comfortable by becoming a friend and before you know it, the examination is over. For someone with a near phobia of having things go near his eyes... this is quite the accomplishment.

Dr.Tina is good, but if you have staff treats you like you are not needed. They think they are favouring you as if you have no choice. My mom who is 69 years and has no clue of customer service was very unhappy. They really need some etiquette, training on how to talk and behave while at their place or over the phone. I would suggest Dr.Tina to have a friendly staff who can listen and treat people as customers. I moved my family to a different optometrist and we are very happy doing this.

This place is the best. Great customer service and they always make you feel comfortable. Been to many other places and I feel they never take the time out to help you or they just agree on what you say. At Nu-Look she'll spend hours with you until your satisfied on what your purchasing and will be honest. I highly recommend this place!!

Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service, very rude. Glasses are very cheap quality, I broke both pair of glasses that I got from here and were unable to get them fixed

I've been going here since they opened. Chris is knowledgeable and always helpful. They have a good range of styles, and will make recommendations based on looks, quality, and comfort, not just price. They also have an awesome selection of sunglasses. There are some badass Oakley's there that I will buy some day. This is the best optician in the city.

Was greeted quite coldly and then after my exam iwas told my persciption hadn't changed but it was written down as -4.5 instead of -2.5. This is a mistake that should not have happened. Had I not have caught it my glasses would have been ordered accordingly. Don't intend to return.

This doctor has no consideration whatsoever. She makes you wait for over 1.5 hours or more for an appointment. And you would think that taking the first appointment is better, think again because it's the same! I will be bringing my family somewhere else! And the glasses she sells are over priced!

The Doctor is very nice, but Secretary Ann was very rude and disrespectful to patients. The attitude towards patients depends on whether she is busy or not, very unprofessional.
