Dr. Maierhoffer is such a kind, dedicated and knowledgeable optometrist. I suffer from horrible seasonal allergies, and she's always accommodated me when I need an appointment or checkup.
She keeps up to date with all of the new eye drops and medications, and she's thorough in her examinations. She really knows her stuff, and I highly recommend her!

I ordered glasses fir my husband waited 3 weeks to geg them. Picked them up and the did not maje them right. Sent them back wad told anither week. Went to check on them and found out they lost the frames. No phone call from thm i went into sgore to check. Waited another week and was told they just shopped them. Waited another day finally recived them . Very poor service from you will never buy again. I gave purchased online and onky waited 10 days from another company

Nothing but problems. I paid $1500 for a pair of glasses and they reversed the prescription the first time and failed to have the anti-scratch coating both other times I had lenses. Additionally, the customer service went to 0% after I had my first issue.

I went there to get new lenses put in my glasses. They broke my frames and then told me oh well it wasn't their fault. I am appalled.
