I called in to ask about contacts and when I couldnt book right away they HUNG UP ON ME! I do not recommended as I waited 5 months just to get contacts from the Spectrum thinking is was a great place...... to be treated so rudely.
Update; unfortunately the response to the is review is also a lie, they 100% hung up on me because I said "I cannot order my contacts right now, I guess I will HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOITMENT" and the secretary defiantly hung up on ME! I will never recommended or go threw this company ever. Especially after an ignorant response like that. Seems as though the huge building is not needed for the small minds.

Probably will never go back. I can't say the customer service was bad because it didn't exist. Tried on glasses for about 20 mins and no one bothered to talk to us. I would Recommend FYI Eye Doctors across the street in the Vic Square Mall instead.

My dad & I went in person to order contact lenses, & they said it'll come within a week. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten a call so I called in to check if the contacts arrived already only to find out that they never ordered them two weeks ago. What a disappointment. The lady I was speaking with about this inquiry said she'll call me back but never did as well.
