They take the time to explain your vision to you, what you may need to consider or require, and why it is necessary. Simply the best place to go for your eyes, period!

I broke my glasses the night before and could not see much. I went in hoping I could get new glasses right away. I explained ny situation to Dr. Gaucher and he was very friendly and did my eye test very well and got me new glasses within the hour. Great staff and great service.

I came here looking for my first pair of glasses after finding out I need a pair. I shopped around regina and went many places but it was all the recommendations and there service I revived that made me choose the guys at Northgate optical they were patient and very helpful in my section and gave me the whole run down on my life as a glasses wearer. this was all great but it was today that really made them stand above the rest, I had just recently crushed my glasses with my tool bag on a job site and they were in bad shape but when I brought them in they where able to make them like brand new IN STORE after a 10 minutes they re fitted them to me and even made some slight Changes that made more comfertible then before. I can only say that the guys at Northgate optical are not just people there to sell you glasses they are a full service and knowledgeable staff that will make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Dr. Robertson saw my little girl.. did an exceptionally thorough examination.. treated her and myself with respect, explaining everything. Put an order through for her glasses on rush, and is seeing her for a repeat examination in a couple of weeks. Front staff was polite, and efficient. A welcome relief after poor service at another retailer where my daughter was even misdiagnosed. My only complaint is that Dr. Robertson is quitting this year and moving on to other things.. :( Great doctor!
