Very poor customer service. They didn't get my prescription right and blamed me. Dorothy was particularly rude, especially when I had to cancel an appointment due to work keeping me out of town. I called back 5 days later when I was certain of my availability and was told it's too late to get a re-test done. Now I'm out nearly $380 for glasses that are useless and an inaccurate prescription. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at a business that cares whether or not their clients are satisfied.

Impressive service. Attention to detail and care of Dr. Jang is much appreciated. I would travel 100 miles to have my eye exam performed here.

I was quite impressed with Dr. Doig. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he was very thorough with his examination. My first eye exam in many years, yet I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left. The front office staff were very friendly and the place was super clean. They sanitized everything right after someone used or touched it. Thank You, Dr. Doig - I will recommend you to all of my friends.

Had an excellent experience. The staff is polite and professional, and the exam itself was quite thorough (the 3D imaging was particularly impressive). Would highly recommend.

Have nothing but positive reviews of Dr. Peter Roed & staff at both his Eyeland & Iconic locations. Dr. Roed was most thorough in his examination. He diagnosed a condition my previous optometrist had failed to uncover... if left untreated it could have posed a serious risk to my eye health. I was impressed with his modern equipment & the amount of attention I received. He was very personable & took time to answer questions & explain my results. I found both premises to be extremely stylish, and the staff to be professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Eyewear options were extensive...large variety of good quality frames. Thank you to Dr. Roed, Jackie at Iconic, & especially Alicia at Eyeland, for being so patient & helpful...all with a smile :)

The doctor and staff were fantastic with my almost-3-year-old. It's a friendly, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere.

In the last 22 years I have been to many many optometrist stores. I happen to find this store shopping next door for groceries. From the eye exam to ordering the glasses was smooth and no issues what so ever. I found the staff to be so personable which I truly appreciate . But I think the thing for me was the selection in glasses ect. I ordered two pairs of glasses and one pair of sun glasses. I've never found 3 pairs that I have loved!!! This location has to have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff are extremely aggressive and rude. For example while picking out glasses, I had Kristie literally grabbing frames from my hands and putting them back on the shelf before I had even made a decision as to which ones to go with, because she didn't agree with the choices I'd made in frames even though I absolutely loved them. Then when I stopped in to check if the frames I'd ordered had come in (as I had been told a week and it was now over a week and a half) another staff member snapped at me and told me in an extremely rude tone that they hadn't been shipped and to stop coming by, as I'd be called when they were in. This had been the only time I'd stopped by so it wasn't like I was stopping in every day or every few days to check, and even if I was, no one should ever talk to a customer that way. I highly recommend you avoid this Bay Optical at all costs, as there are much better optical companies out there that will give you excellent service.

Dr. Glen Ong helped my mother out so much. She speaks Chinese and Glen is fluent and extremely helpful. Will only ever take my mom here and only go here myself.

Dr. Lasby is very knowledgeable, resourceful and personable and is not happy until I’m totally happy with my new contacts. The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful too.

Totally Amazing Clinic! Dr Jensen-To and Dr Tse are amazing!!!!!!! I am writing this review for 2 reasons; 1. To get the word out that this clinic and Dr. Tse are the best Eye Clinic/Doctors In have had in my 30 years of wearing glasses/contacts. 2. To WARN OTHER CONTACT LENS Users what I DID WRONG as a contact lens user to cause this eye infection called a Cornea Ulcer. First, I have been a patient of eye clinics for 30 years this year. As I have moved a few times and do travel for work I have gone to 5 clinics in that time. I have never had a bad experience, however, Site for Site and Dr. Tse has been by far the best experience I have had.Ever! Recently, I was traveling and had my suitcase stolen with by solution and lens case in it. I had a spare case in my car. I used it. I was on a long drive and pulled over in a rest stop to sleep. I had my contacts in. As my eyes were dry, I decided to use some of the "old" solution in the storage case to wet my eyes. No doubt it was contaminated. Solution is for temp storage, not longer term. DO NOT SLEEP with contacts in EVEN IF you have been told you can or have done it, like I had, many times. During the long drive I got an eye infection, which got worse. Pain, Redness, Tearing and sensitivity to light. I thought it would get better. It did not and so I went into Second Sight, which is 1 of 2 clinics. I was told it was serious and was given prescriptions for drops, the first starting every 5 mins for 1/2 hour. Then every half hour and eventually 1x per hour. The docs really know their stuff. I was told this is kinda rare, especially the size of mine which was 1. mm. It took over a week to get better. I had seen Dr. Tse Wed, Thurs, Friday and Saturday. She was so concerned she made an appointment for me on a Sunday. She came in on her day, when the clinic was closed to check my eyes. WHO does that? This clinic CARES! The empathy and compassion was amazing. The staff is amazing. This treatment may very well have prevented a cornea transplant. Today, after several appointments, a regime of 3 eye prescriptions, the infection has gone. I do have a .3 mm scar which will always be there, as the infection was that severe. MY price to pay long term for POOR USE OF CONTACT LENSES. So, I am switching to one day contacts and promised Dr Tse to never wear them more than one day and NEVER SLEEP IN THEM. I recommend this for anyone. Hopefully you will just be seeing them for routine eye exams for glasses or contacts. And one last thing. I have always been told to get an eye exam every 2 years. The clinic informed me that IF YOU WEAR CONTACTS IT IS EVERY YEAR. Thanks Dr Tse and team. You are amazing at what you do and total gems! Kelly B.

Everyone at this location is so nice and cheerful. Doctor Reid is very nice and doesn't ever rush his appointments and is very thorough with checking the eye for any health concerns.

I have been a client for more than a decade. Luckily, I continue to be impressed with the service quality and professionalism. Of late, I was experiencing some vision problems which coincided with the presence of a chalazion (stye). I sent Dr. Dame an email on a Sunday, which he answered the same day. He told me I was doing everything correctly for the chalazion treatment; however, he did not know why my vision had changed, so he recommended I come in on Monday to check it. In doing so, he was able to suggest why my vision was off and felt confident that it would remedy as my chalazion healed. Dr. Dame has a caring manner, he loves what he does, and he is able to educate his clients with glee. His office staff, particularly Sherry and Kathleen, exude kindness and professionalism. I was greeted immediately, and there was no wait time.

This place is amazing. Elliott is friendly and funny and went above and beyond helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. I didn’t end up buying because I’m the pickiest person alive when it comes to glasses but I will return to look when I have a friend with me. I originally went to this location because I was walking by while in the mall and stopped in for a glasses case. Found out that Elliott is a fellow East Coaster and wanted to support that’s as I’m an East Coaster as well. Not disappointed in the slightest. Dr. Hunter was such a joy to be around. Explaining everything I had asked about my vision including explaining to me about my color blindness which I knew very little about since I was told everything as a 5 year old kid. Wish I could rate higher.
