Optometrist

All of my family use Vision Optical for all of our optometry needs. We have had very good experiences all around. My 9 year old had his eyes tested for the first time this summer, and I was very impressed with the way Dr. Chan interacted with him. She was also very good at explaining things to me after. I really enjoy our visits here.

The staff at Eagle Vision are friendly, knowledgable, and offer very reasonable prices. I highly recommend seeing Farid!

They have a great range of products and prices. There are four people who need glasses in our house and they always make sure everyone's needs are met.

Had my Kid's eye exam done from Dr. Vohra, she was very professional and excellent in dealing with kids. Also, Recently bought glasses from them, there was some issue with my initial order they quickly fixed it and provided a top notch service, I recommend it to other people.

Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my entire life. (Caucasian lady) She blames the patient - told me to go somewhere else just because I was asking about information for eye examinations. She started yelling at me over the phone in a very aggressive tone, I felt shook and confused after the end of the phone call. The DOCTOR on the other hand is AMAZING very caring and thorough (he is the reason for some of my stars, he deserves 5 stars). I like seeing this doctor but I absolutely hate coming in to this optical because of the rude staff. Many of my friends see Dr. Sandhu and go elsewhere for their glasses and contacts simply because they cannot stand the receptionist and her behaviour towards patients. - Reading other reviews, you can understand I am not alone... almost every patients has had a horrible encounter with the receptionist at this office, she needs to be trained or let go for the sake of your business and patients. DR SANDHU PLEASE HIRE NEW FRIENDLY STAFF WITH CILENT CARE EXPERIENCE.

Extremely thorough, personable, and consistent doctor and staff. This picky consumer is quite happy after 3 visits over 2 years.

Dr Alibhai is simply awesome. If you're looking for someone who's kind, shows empathy and really cares about the health of your eyes, then look no further.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Booked an appointment for an eye exam. Arrived and was told that the appointment had been changed. I was never notified of the change let alone asked if the day they changed it to would work for me. I will never deal with LensCrafter again.

Dr. Arima and the staff at Mill Creek Vision are the best! I've been a patient for over 17 years and it's so nice to be recognized by the office staff who are very professional and pleasant. Dr. Arima is very thorough and spends time answering questions and explaining eye health. His findings of a potential health problem spotted through an eye exam led me to work with my primary healthcare provider to rectify a potentially hazardous medical condition. While being an eye specialist, he also cares about the whole person's well being. Thanks Dr. Arima!
