My first experience with Nechako Optometry was approx 20years ago. To this day, I still find the staff friendly, the service fast and the products competitively priced while still maintaining high quality. The staff went above and beyond answering my questions (and there were MANY!) and helping me find contact lenses and frames that are perfect for my needs. The online ordering service is convenient too! Hands down this is the best clinic for anyone wanting topnotch medical care and service!

Staff was awesome but I was not happy with the service and waited 7 weeks for my glasses. I ordered multifocal I got bifocals. Even IF I wanted bifocals it would’ve been WRONG, the line cuts off my vision. There was no way I could wear that. But 7 weeks later I finally got my correct glasses I had to pay more to correct a mistakes that was not mine. I still have the “wronged” feelings. So next time I will go elsewhere. At the end of the day I got good glasses, but I will definitely think twice before returning.

Been going to Dr. Karen Jansen Van Rensburg at Iris PG for 3 years (3 visits each for my 2 children and once for myself). Always had excellent, friendly, professional service. Highly recommended.
