This is not the place in Maple Ridge! It is at Westwood and Lougheed, Port Coquitlam. Ted took good care of me and now Vivian is the nicest to deal with and I have been dealing with them for at least 8 years and never had a problem. Always free sample lens -never been a charge.

suffering from dry for years, Dr Mah suggested that I wash my eyes using saline solution in an eye cup. It worked better than anything that I had tried and is very soothing and easy to use. I have recommend this to friends and they also love how good their eyes feels and that after a short time you do not need to do this everyday, just when your eyes are dry and itchy. Thank you Dr Mah.

Terrible service, don't waste your time here. Terrible optometrist. Had an eye exam done and he refused to give the PD when you don't buy glasses at their store. A PD takes less than a minute to measure.

Bad attitude

At the beginning I was looking at Image Optometry's $89 deal that includes eye exam. I managed to stumble by Optik International. I was comparing the review on Groupon and of course Optik had 10 times more! DEFINITELY a well deserved with all the great reviews. I am very happy that I choose Optik, Ali was very very helping and took the time to weave through the glasses I choose and told me which ones looked good on me. I had the eye exam there as well and I am very happy with the doctor in call that day. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good advise because I had a bad infection to my eye a few years back. This is definitely my place to go to for my next pair of glasses and eye exam! Thank you to all that helped me out to pick the perfect glasses.

came in to get new glasses and the opticians in the store are very helpful and friendly. i would definately come back with my family or friends to get glasses here

I am very disappointed regarding the service from the staff today. After checking my eye and have my prescription given to Costco for a new pair of glasses( it was about 4:00 pm and Costco closed at 5:00 pm), I was told that the prescription is not for progress lens, I then phoned back and asked why my prescription was not for progressive lens. The staff said that it might be that the prescription was not updated yet, so I requested her to fax the updated one to Costco. However, after waiting for about 10 mins, about 4:18 pm., we did not receive any prescription, so my wife help me to phone again, but the staff, I did not know who she is or she is the one answering me, said she was busy, and can only do it asap. I was frustrated, because it is your fault to give me the prescription and we were waiting to have the glasses ordered before Costco closed up. When we urged her, she asked my wife to write down the prescription and we rejected as Costco requested to have a printed one. Finally she did fax us. But I just wonder how long it takes to fax a prescription and why she let us have a feeling that it was our fault instead and causing her a lot of trouble. I was totally frustrated with the kind of response and service that I granted today
