Super helpful staff . Awesome prices and selection too!

I have been coming to this clinic for well over 10 years. The front-end staff were never mind-blowing but now it is just abysmal and, unfortunately, Dr. Thind is affected by this. I've just found out they hired a new office manager and I believe she is the down-fall of the front-end. She is unable to explain the necessity of basic appointments or costs when asked multiple times. Maybe time for a different manager?

Been overdue for an exam and new glasses. From the eye exam to Jaeden's friendly greeting, to even the manager John helping, I highly recommend this location in Coquitlam Centre Mall. 5 stars for this location!

I am so grateful to Dr.Saba for all his help with my eye health. Also I wanted to shout out to Habib who gave me such a good deal on my prescription glasses. I absolutely love them! The location is fairly easy to find and parking is available every where. If not, the mall is on the other side, and there is plenty of parking there.

Visited a week ago to order prescription sunglasses for this coming weekend. Unfortunately, although they said that they could be ready within a week, the lenses were coming from RayBan and weren't ready. I was a bit put off by this but the person I was speaking to offered to make temporary, polarized lenses to use until the RayBan lenses came in. Now THAT is above and beyond! Thanks Guys!

This Company has been a great experience for me as far as service and satisfaction. From my exams to frame & lens selection. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I've never had prescription sunglasses before either, what a difference. They also custom fit my favorite old Maui Jims with prescription sun lenses which was the best part of it all.. Extremely irritating to deal with, the company doesn't actually have a physical phone number, they ship you off to a call centre. The people are rude and very unhelpful. I've decided to use a different optometrist, I signed a patient authorization form to have them forward my contact information and they refused to send the information to my new clinic. The interior of the business looks dilapidated.

This place is super clean, they provide drinks while you wait, and the doctor will take the time to explain things to you in detail. All of the staff here is very friendly, highly recommend!

Poor customer service - I made an appointment to see the optometrist for a work related eye exam and when I arrived they did not have the ability to bill my insurance company directly. The only option they provided was for me to pay out of pocket and have me go through the hassle of getting reimbursed. I left and went to another optometrist in the mall and had no issues. I provided the same information and they did it all online for me.

I was fitted for contacts and glasses here. The staff was so nice, and knowledgeable. I have had some issues with contacts before. Charmaine was able to explain to me why and sourced me a pair that fit better. I'm thankful for the handwork and professionalism shown here.

I want to share my experience I walked in to purchase glasses and sunglasses and Megan work ethic was unbelievable she did everything possible to make it affordable for me so I want to thank her very much for everything she's done for me. Image optometry showed lack of integrity with their revolving door style, very unprofessional, irresponsible and unaccountable. Over charging is their common practice....be aware.
