My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years, this business is second to none in thourough eye exams, customer service, quality products and friendly staff. There is an elevator to the second floor location to provide handicap and mobility challenged access.

I have been dealing with Alec for over 10yrs, and can't say enough great things about the quality of service and the extensive inventory of the latest frames available from him. I actually had to buy a display rack to hang all my frames on at home. You always get more than you pay for and expect. A rare jewel and someone I recommend to friends all the time. Wouldn't dream of shopping elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for close to 8 years now to see Dr Donaldson - she’s absolutely brilliant who helped me through transitioning to contact lenses after 3 optometrists couldn’t help me. I have always felt looked after by the staff here.

My 1 year old daughter and I were due for an eye exam and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Takhar at Clarity Eyecare. Dr. Takhar was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. But what blew me out of the water was how great she was with my one year old. At one point during the exam my daughter was getting squirmy and Dr. Takhar knew just what to do to distract her, make her smile, and continue the exam all at once! I was VERY impressed. She made the experience enjoyable for my child and I will definitely come back next year for her next exam, and in two years for mine. For my exam, Dr.Takhar took her time and addressed all concerns I had with my vision and eyes with informative suggestions. The office was clean, very nicely decorated, and the Admin Assistant was WONDERFUL! It's so nice to come to an office where the first face you see is a peppy, fun, smiley one. Great experience. I highly recommend Clarity EyeCare.

I got there 10 minutes before my 4pm appointment and checked in and the receptionist asked me to sit down which I did. At around 5 minutes before my appointment I asked the receptionist if there is a form I could fill out while I'm waiting. She rudely told me she is too busy to give me a form so I sat back down. I got up again 5 minutes after 4 to see if the receptionist could give me an eta of when I would be called. She told me she does not know that and there is someone else in there and 2 other people ahead of me. She said each appointment time varies and an appointment is up to 45 minutes long. So upon realizing I might not be called until after 5 and would be waiting there over an hour I told her to cancel my appointment. She didn't care. If doctors want patients to respect their time then it should work the opposite as well where client's time is also respected.

I have been a patient of Dr.Dycks for as long as i can remember. Awesome optomitrist very kind and knowledgeable. The staff there are amazing as well very helpful and warm hearted and will always do their best to get u the best deal on ut glasses. ❤ best clinic with the best staff by far.

Friendly and patient, they were happy to help, gave me a free exam, and helped my spouse to get her lenses just right.
