My lenses are complex; yet I got the best pair of glasses I've ever had and at a much more reasonable/affordable cost than with others I have dealt with. Quick, attentive service. A no nonsense, totally positive experience.

Tip. .if you have any eye issues infection, styes pink eye etc.. . Go see an eye care specialist not a GP ..most people think eye care specialist are just for glasses .. Thank you Abbey eye care!

My experience with Dr. Bentley was by far the best I have had in 18 years of wearing glasses His expertise and precision with examination and his method of helping you make the best choice of frame is something I have not experienced with any other Optometrist. Two weeks ago I went to soldiers memorial hospital in Orillia with bright flashing lights in my left eye. I explained that my mother had experienced a detached retina and had lost vision in one eye. They told me I had a migraine. I told them I had never had an migraine in my life and didn't even have a headache but they sent me home and told me to take an aspirin. Just to be on the safe side I made an appointment with Doctor Wellington Bentley who thank God had a cancellation. He told me it was not a migraine at all and very gently explained to me that I had a tear in my retina which needed to be seen immediately. He arranged an appointment with Doctor Donald Nixon in Orillia and within 2 days I had emergency laser surgery. I cannot thank these two amazing professionals enough. Thank you gentlemen.
