Recently, I saw Dr. Gil for a month straight on a weekly basis for a very scary eye infection, called “keratitis”. I had complete blurred vision in my right eye, and was very afraid that it was permanent damage from over usage of contact lens’ or something I wasn’t doing right when wearing my contacts. Dr. Gil made me feel very comfortable, and took this infection very seriously. She monitored everything I was doing, and was constantly following up week after week to see what was getting better/worse based on specific drops I was using to treat this infection. She was extremely thorough, observant, and overall a great listener. She showed genuine compassion towards my situation and provided the best guidance in order for me to heal quickly. She is extremely educated and is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. Prior to this infection, I have seen her numerous times as well and she has always provided the best service and solutions. I definitely have a lot of respect for Dr. Gil, and strongly refer her if you’re looking for a new eye doctor, you won’t regret it!

Sati is very experienced and on hands to render unreserved excellent customer service . She is the reason why l have never thought about moving my service else where. I'm always satisfied with the staff at this location.

Highly recommended. Dr. Agarwal always makes coming in for an eye exam a pleasant experience. My entire family is seen by Dr. Agarwal every year and we will continue with her care because she makes us feel important as she truly cares about the health of our eyes. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. They have a great selection of glasses with staff who are always willing to help.

Dr Jon Barnes is an exceptional optometrist! My husband and I have been seeing him for 10 years now. He has given us excellent eye care over all these years, and has helped us both with different and serious eye complications. He is conscientious and thorough, an excellent listener, who never rushes his patients, but instead encourages questions. He explains issues carefully and provides excellent follow-up. Jan, his receptionist and assistant, is equally professional, competent, and helpful. She deals with everyone in the same positive, friendly, and helpful way. Both Dr. Barnes and Jan offer excellent advice on the choice of glasses and lenses from their wide selection of styles. They make an excellent team and we are thankful to have them right in Stouffville!

Dr. Christine is very professional and patient. My daughter began to wear her first pair of OK lenses here, and she said the world became brand new since then. My daughter really enjoys the convenience it brings. The only regret is she didn’t wear it earlier. There were periodic checkups (1-2 weeks) after the lens wearing. They changed the lenses because the diopter of my daughter slightly adjusted. And it’s for free! Now it fits perfectly. All staffs here are friendly. I think it’s a smart decision to choose this clinic!

Fantastic experience! Wonderful, caring staff. I was nervous about having laser vision correction surgery, but Dr. Medunic put me at ease with her excellent pre/post operation care.
