I receive top notch service from them and the reason behind the great service is their representative Mary. She is wonderful, she reaches out to me proactively when she knows my contact lens supply is in need of replenishing. She goes out of her way to be pleasant and helpful. Thats why I come back here in spite of having an optometrist at a different location.

Courteous and professional service.

Dr. Kevin Tyber has became very rude in the past couple of years. He disrespect his patients. He pushes patients to buy the frames/glasses from his own shop. If the glasses are bought else were he would not even look at them. He gave me incorrect prescription. When I got my glasses I was not able to see things properly. Everything was blur. Dr. Tyber refused to see me again without paying him again. In the second visit he found a mistake in his prescription but again he blamed it on the place from where I bought my glasses. (note that I got my glasses from one of the top Eye glasses store chain in North America) Save yourself from humiliations and not see this doctor.

I bought my glasses from Sunshine in May-2018. I can say the best glasses I ever had, it is very comfortable. The number for my eyes measure very precise and my glasses is very good quality The service was provided was fantastic. I will recommend this palace 100%. Thank you very much :):)

The doctor is very nice and informative. Explains everything that is happening in your eyes, and properly informs you of ways to maintain your eyes and what to do next. Really nice staff.

Recently, I saw Dr. Gil for a month straight on a weekly basis for a very scary eye infection, called “keratitis”. I had complete blurred vision in my right eye, and was very afraid that it was permanent damage from over usage of contact lens’ or something I wasn’t doing right when wearing my contacts. Dr. Gil made me feel very comfortable, and took this infection very seriously. She monitored everything I was doing, and was constantly following up week after week to see what was getting better/worse based on specific drops I was using to treat this infection. She was extremely thorough, observant, and overall a great listener. She showed genuine compassion towards my situation and provided the best guidance in order for me to heal quickly. She is extremely educated and is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. Prior to this infection, I have seen her numerous times as well and she has always provided the best service and solutions. I definitely have a lot of respect for Dr. Gil, and strongly refer her if you’re looking for a new eye doctor, you won’t regret it!
