My family and I have been using the Lenscrafters at Oakville Place for years now. We began visiting them when my son was little and needed a particular prescription. They always made him feel welcome. Over the years, we have gone back for our own prescriptions and have always had great service. I have never had issues finding stylish glasses for myself and when people have complimented me, I tell them, "Lenscrafters." They are always pleasantly surprised. When I recently switched from progressive lenses to single vision lenses, I realized I'd made a mistake. The single vision lenses didn't work for me any longer. Mariam at Lenscrafters helped me get a new pair of progressives that suited my needs. I felt really badly having to do a return but Mariam put me at ease and arranged everything for me. I will always go to Lenscrafters first, for service, for price and for quality. I have never had an issue with any of the glasses we ordered and I have no problem recommending them.

I thought she was wonderful, very patient with the kids, informative, gave us great suggestions and easy to talk to. She took the time needed to understand our needs and concerns and addressed them all. :) We will be returning for more service that's for sure!

Dr. Trent Ujimoto’s practice at Optometrist in Longo’s mall is a very convenient location between Trafalgar and Dundas. There is ample parking available here. His friendly and professional services include, and not limited to, red eyes, itchy eyes, dry eyes, watery eyes, retinal detachments, flashes floaters, contact lenses, low vision, vision therapy.

The girl was very patient with me as I asked her to open a few displays and racks. We both finally found an amazing pair that complimented my face shape. Thanks Ladies, Great service!

Dr. Chung and his associates at Wink Eyecare are simply the very best! The office is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the friendly receptionist Nianna, who also did my pre-testing and made sure to explain everything in great detail. Dr. Chung is always very professional, personable and really cares to get to know his patients. He takes his time with the eye exam and is very thorough, answering any questions or concerns you have. The appointments are ALWAYS on time (you never ever have to wait) and they have evening appointments, which is super convenient for my schedule. Overall an amazing team and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thanks for everything you do!! :)

Sonia and her team are wonderful - detailed, warm, knowledgeable, punctual and accommodating. Their office is inviting and conveniently located, and they have a great selection of glasses and frames, (and do some custom ordering as well). We have been taking our children there for years - great service for the whole family.
