Great doctor and awesome staff! I have been in a pinch a couple times and they were incredibly accommodating! Highly refer!

Been going here for years. Great staff. Works with insurance company's and always has updated equipment. Travel from Dunnville because of the great service.

The only redeeming quality of this place is the doctor himself. The staff are slow, rude, and seem lost. I had helped my mother choose frames and order progressive lenses, which had to be paid for up front. Unfortunately, when she had gone to pick them up, she was by herself and they had passed off the wrong frames (fitted with the correct lenses) as her now personalized prescription glasses. Seeing as she has trouble with sight, she could not verify if everything was in order and just accepted them. I went the following morning to see if anything could be done to amend the mistake and they simply brushed me off and said I'd have to buy new glasses. I'm never coming back here again. The staff that had helped her five years ago were so much nicer and overall better at their jobs. I'm taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for reading.

These folks have been our optometrists for 16 years, even though we have mainly been 2 1/2 hours away for the past 10. Everyone is very friendly, and I have never left unsatisfied, or without a complete explanation and understanding.

Great atmosphere, you can tell that all the coworkers enjoy each others' company and are kind to one another, which is great to see. Everything was smooth and efficient and everyone was very kind.

I have been going to this shop for years now. They are always on the ball and if i ever have an issue they do not argue with you they just fix your glasses no questions asked.

It started ok. Returned my 2 pairs of glasses coatings where bad .They replaced one pair and waited for 2 months for a reorder of contact lenses.they have lost my business.i would never recommend this store or it's staff.i rate it a zero..

Our family went to this optical to order contacts and frames in May, 2018. The staff went above and beyond to help us find the right fit and price. The contacts and frames arrived within the week and they made sure I received it in time for my vacation. Thanks Lisa and Dr. Adrian Wan!
