Wow! I was blown away by the service here. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Go see Nicollete or Daniel if you ever need anything glasses related. After being told by other stores they couldn't fix my frames and to just buy new ones, I came here and was treated like I had been coming for years. Easily the most comfortable experience I have had in years. Thank you!

I have been going here for a little over two years ever since we found out my son needed glasses. He was the only one i could find that sold Miraflex lenses which was awesome. I have gone through 5 pairs of glasses in two years for my son and Chad ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and provides nothing but excellent service. I will continue to go there as long as I can becausr of him and his amazing staff. They even went as far as dropping them off at my house when I couldnt make it to Welland. They are absolutely incredible. Nothing but good things to say about them :)

I highly recommend this office. Dr Hsiung and his staff is not only professional, but friendly, helpful and it feels comfortable as if you are at home when you arrive. He takes the time with you to ensure you understand everything happening with your eyes. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! Donna - She has always been so kind and welcoming. She is efficient and helpful when it comes to questions and is connected with your life. She checked in on me recently knowing I was feeling under the weather. She is an absolute pleasure to see her smiling face when you walk through the doors. Emma - I had recently scratched the lenses of my sunglasses at it was coming up on my year of having them. She told me to leave it with her, she worked her magic and called me a week later when the new lenses had arrived. She is always so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Scott - There has never been a time that I have walked through those doors and Scott has not, with a great big smile on his face, acknowledge me by name by welcoming greeting. He is not only a wealth of knowledge, he just knows the perfect fit and is gently honest to ensure you walk away with the perfect look you are hoping for. He has never steered me wrong. Professionalism is one of Scott's strong suit and I appreciate him. Each and every one of Dr. Hsiung's staff members are the reason I go back to the office. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a team that has your best interest at heart. They answer their phones and I've never had a huge wait to see Dr. Hsiung. If I can give them a higher rating than 5, I would without hesitation!

This is our first time purchasing glasses from Hakim. The service was awful. I observed the manager consistently picking fights with customers, including us. She actually called the police on a person asking her how long she was going to be. The glasses we received were junk and over priced. When I had to go there for the 4th time (within 6 months) to fix them, I'd had it. They were returned even more damaged than when I dropped them off, yet the manager blamed us, so I called head office. They offered to replace the lens at cost. The egomaniacal manager had a fit when I picked them up and yelled at me that it was our fault. Seriously ? What's her damage? I also saw her kick out all ot the customers, say rudely "we have a meeting, you need to go". Just an awful experience all around and lousy glasses, which I need to have have replaced anyway, since they just broke again! (within a year) What a waste of money. Don't go there. They don't care about quality or service.

I have been going there for more than 5 years now and have had nothing but good experiences! My last set of glasses had some flaking issues on the arms of the glasses, you could hardly notice it but said no problem, we will warranty them! I would definitely recommend them!

Great selection of frames. The optometrist was knowledgeable and friendly. The three people working at the store helped me pick a pair of frames that suited my face and gave me honest opinions. What was covered by insurance and what I had to pay out of pocket was outlined clearly for me before I made the purchase. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend them.

He is a brilliant doctor, so lovely with children and truly honest with his patients.
