They get stuff done!

My husband and I had a bad experience with this company without them even giving us an estimate. The first time I called, I left a message and got a return call in less than hour. I gave the person some basic info about what we were looking for, and she stated that she would pass the message along and I would hear back from someone who would schedule the estimate. I'm not sure why she couldn't schedule the appointment, but she indicated that someone else would call me before the end of business that day. More than a week went by, and no one called, so I called again and left another message. This time, I received no return phone call. A week later, my husband called, and spoke to a woman who was very rude. She was argumentative with him about me ever calling, and never apologized or even came close to apologizing, and made strong indications that I never called. He eventually got out of her that they are "very busy", but that's no excuse for not returning phone calls, even just to say "thanks for thinking of us, but we're not able to schedule any new work this season", and it's certainly no excuse for acting beyond reproach when you've made an error.
