We had a very poor experience with the branch in Colville, WA. Evidently they charge by the ton, rather than by the yard, even though they quote you yard price. The manager Greg was short, and argumentative. When I asked for a small discount, since the gravel came soaking wet (weighing more), he just said "tough luck!". The receptionist whined saying she made the least out of everyone there and said, "well I can't control the weather", and that she didn't get paid enough to listen to what we had to say. Such poor customer service! Being in a small town, we don't have many options, and evidently they know this and abuse it. Moral of the story - get your rock in the summer, and talk to as few employees as possible.
